I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I took my puppy there as soon as I got her. The very first appointment they just left me in the waiting room and took my puppy from my arms into the back. No information given. When they returned I told them that this is the first vet I have ever experienced where they take the animal away from the owner for any reason other than surgery/procedures. I asked that they put in my chart that I would prefer the exam happen in the room with me so that I could speak with the vet and be there to comfort my pet. I was told that only happens if requested…I was very clear I requested this. I have been back 3 other times (since I bought their insurance for a free spay). Every single time since I told them to not take my dog from me..they have taken my dog from me. Every time I bring it up after the appointment I am told it was an oversight to the note in my chart. Went in for the 4th and final time. This time we were taken into a room. Then the tech came in the exam room and took my dog. 20 min has gone by since my dog has been taken away for a check up (no vaccines). I have never had a dog’s vet exam take 20 min. I asked the front desk if they can check on where my dog is. The front desk says that the vet is just now examining my dog. I asked where has my dog been for the last 20 min? They said in the back. I asked do you take them back there and put them in a kennel until the vet sees them? They laughed and said no of course not. I asked again why was my dog taken from me 20 min before the vet was going to examine her. The office manager at this point laughed in my face and said the tech was holding her and she was getting love back there….for context when they took my puppy she was shaking in fear about being at the vet. I asked if they think about the animals at all? That the animal is more comfortable with their family. That they want love from their family. The office manager rolls her eyes and says it’s clearly a problem with not trusting the techs and the vet! Maybe she is right, but this is the first vet I have felt this way about. The trust was lost after every request that was made for my pets care was ignored over and over. My complaints of not respecting boundaries and requests for change were often met with gaslighting and attitude from the staff. This vets office may be filled with people who “love” animals but they do not respect your animals or you! Please go anywhere else.

Your pet is separated from you and taken into other room(s) for extended periods of time. They claim you have the option for them to stay in the exam room, but you do not. Even if you request multiple times that they not take your pet, they will continue to do it. If you are comfortable with that practice, this might be a fine vet.

The best of the best! They have been taking care of my family’s pets for years. Wynter, in the front is incredible and has the best customer service. The doctors are all extremely patient, and friendly. Love this place.

Have been taking our pets here for 7 years. Dr Michael Ryan is loved by both my cats. They tend to be very skittish when meeting people but took to him right away. So we drive a few hours to continue having them see him for appointments. Our dog has seen every vet they have and we have never had any problems. But Dr. Ryan is the best!

I had a great experience at our first visit with my pup! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I have a rather high maintenance dog when it comes to exams and they accommodated him very nicely. The estimate i was given for a lab panel seemed to be fair also. The vet we saw was very informative and she didn't seem to push anything at all which was appreciated. I have already recommended them to my family and if more care is needed, I will return!
