- MVmichael vaughanJun 21, 20261.0Wife took her cat in for euthanasia and asked for the cremated remains. The lady helping her fill out the paperwork instructed her to check a different box than the one she had checked and it was for a mass cremation with no remains. My wife had tried to contact them about this and still hasn't heard back.

We were unable to be seen by our regular doctor and were referred to VCA, from the start we were triaged and roomed quickly. The doctor was with us within 15 minutes. Dr Fletcher quickly assessed our dog, provided a treatment plan and everyone got to work. The staff were caring and competent. We were lucky we arrived during a lull, and our experience reflects that, however I would not hesitate to return.

- CCCarolMay 11, 20265.0My regular vet suggested that I bring my cat Stewart to a specialist, so he started seeing Dr Cook Olson at VCA. Stewart has had severe constant sneezing problems that doesn't seem to go away. Stewart had been on many antibiotics, and had a procedure to clear out his nasal passage, which don't seem to work for him in the long-term. Dr Cook Olson is trying some new things to help Stewart out. Dr Cook Olson is an amazing vet with a great bedside manner. She has been so attentive and caring for my cat Stewart. Even when I don't call her, she calls me to check in on Stewart. She always seems to be available when I call to talk with her. I highly recommend her if you need a vet/animal internist.
