  It wasn't anything to write home about. It was quiet inside there when I was there around 1 to 2 in the afternoon. I was asked atleast once if I needed help, which I find to be an acceptable ratio of checking in for the amount of time I was there. Went for phone csr mounts, didn't have exactly what I wanted so I left after walking around a bit. Store was clean and not busy.

  The AI phone assistant is a pain, I’m calling to talk to a person at the store. It took 20 minutes to get a person on the phone and they would not answer my questions without me giving them my phone number, email, and full name. I recommend just going with Amazon or any other company.

  Had trouble with Office 365 not able to open or use applications. Deleted and reinstalled several times. Made an appointment at The Geek Squad at Best Buy. The manager, Jordan, was our helper. Took about a half hour and fixed it. No charge. Much appreciated!

  Excellent online purchasing experience with Best Buy. I found a great external Dell DVD drive on sale at a great price. No other retailer was even close to that deal. I bought it and--amazingly--it was delivered the next day even though I chose not to pay extra for it. The drive is just what I wanted and I remain impressed I got to buy it at that sale price. Best Buy isn't always a great place to buy major appliances and have them installed. But in this case, the company came through for me and I will purchase online from them again.

  I had a laptop in my cart and had a simple question about Microsoft Office that I wanted to purchase with it. I called several times. The first time, the woman had no clue what I was talking about. She wanted my phone number and email address to transfer me to tech. I told her I didn't need tech, just a sales rep who knew the answer. I called back to speak to the manager. After asking for the manager 3x, VR hung up on me. The 3rd time, I got another woman who had no clue. I asked if she was in the Silverdale store and she said they refer all their calls to them because they are busy. What happened to Best Buy? TERRIBLE!
