They saw me on a 30 min notice and went the extra mile for my cat- even held on to him for the whole day to make sure he was alright before sending him home! Great people here
- AAAmandaAug 15, 20245.0Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. The staff should take a bow. Get it? Bow wow wow… Anyway… This place is amazing!! I have never encountered a veterinary office where EVERY single person was super warm, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and genuine animal lovers. I would absolutely highly recommend. My experience: I received a coupon for a free initial basic exam so I called in to schedule an appt. I think I called on Monday and they had me scheduled by Wednesday. Monday afternoon they called to verify some information to get my dogs records sent over.. Tuesday confirmed the apt by phone. Wednesday my dog and I found our forever vet. I walked in the door, weighed my dog and was promptly shown to an exam room. Before I had even filled out the authorization paperwork, the nicest vet tech came in. My dog loved her! She got right down on the floor and sat with him.. he LOvED it. The vet came in and did the same thing. There is nothing pretentious about the staff here. It’s simply refreshing, and I’m just so impressed! The love they have for animals is so apparent. The vet knew one of the dogs in the waiting room by its bark! I can’t speak to technical skills of the veterinarian, Ericka, because we just went in for a basic exam, but I would trust her wholeheartedly to care for my dog. Again, I would highly recommend. They also have separate entrances for cats and dogs.
