  Horrible experience here. The vet was inappropriate, and when I told a manager this experience they said it’s not usual for her as if that makes it okay. They also wanted me to pay $5K for tests that wouldn’t have even found what was wrong with my dog. The vet I went to afterward was horrified with my experience seeing the group of tests they wanted to do that wouldn’t have even helped. They also didn’t even print me out a new quote when I decided against many of the tests, so the final bill was a surprise. I cancelled my next appointment there due to what a horrible experience I had there, and the vet called me and left a message saying “I heard you couldn’t afford to come back,” soooooo rude. So unprofessional. My dog died 5 days later. You wouldn’t have even known even IF I gave you that 5K. Disgusting. Thanks for nothing.

  The veterinarians and all the staff are very knowledgeable & caring. The clinic is clean. The staff are personable & the doctors are great. When You seek medical tx for your cat, It's not only important to know you're getting great care, but that the staff appreciate and respect your time, as well as providing the best for your pet.

  Love the vets but the administration has been incredibly poor. 1. While you pay monthly, it is a 1 year subscription and will auto renew regardless if you move away. (The email notification does not mention it is a 1 year auto renew and only mentions a monthly payment) 2. I was lied to. I was told I had to finish paying for care club to the end of the year in December in order to not receive a penalty but now that is changing to pay till June, the end of the subscription year. 3. Miscommunication. My dog received a shot with no notice that I needed to follow up to get a booster and then I found out I missed the window of opportunity and had to pay out of pocket to start the treatment again. 4. Charging me for extra tests that were not necessary in the first place. The theme is, lack of accountability and overall there is lots of miscommunication and lack of care resulting in me wasting money.
