- MGMason GrahamJul 7, 20261.0Horrible experience here. The vet was inappropriate, and when I told a manager this experience they said it’s not usual for her as if that makes it okay. They also wanted me to pay $5K for tests that wouldn’t have even found what was wrong with my dog. The vet I went to afterward was horrified with my experience seeing the group of tests they wanted to do that wouldn’t have even helped. They also didn’t even print me out a new quote when I decided against many of the tests, so the final bill was a surprise. I cancelled my next appointment there due to what a horrible experience I had there, and the vet called me and left a message saying “I heard you couldn’t afford to come back,” soooooo rude. So unprofessional. My dog died 5 days later. You wouldn’t have even known even IF I gave you that 5K. Disgusting. Thanks for nothing.

When You seek medical tx for your cat, It's not only important to know you're getting great care, but that the staff appreciate and respect your time, as well as providing the best for your pet.
