Lights are on and the back room door is slightly open. Called store number and it just rings. Have been a customer for over 10 years and NEVER had this experience. Where is the employee or the owner?

They made an exception due to inconvenience on their end. (Which I can’t complain about) Reason I rated them a 4/5 stars is because of the fact I was initially waiting around for next available agent to assist me.

The only thing i can say that could be improved is that they should carry more middle of the road phones. Its either the high end iphone or the low end stuff. If you want inbetween you will most likely need to buy it online.
