  Place is in a good location. I shop open box a lot and this store usually has good deals when there is stock. It’s kind of hard to get good finds since the pricing model was standardized for open box units. Kind of wish they had some of the selection some of the other stores had, the next locations are kind of a far drive from my home. The associates are pretty friendly and some are very knowledgeable about certain products.

  Ordered a tv, paid to have delivered in a certain window. Got tracking info and text updates. But no order ever showed up. My order was on a truck but suddenly it wasn’t available then it was we never had one for you. What with tracking and text updates then? Never ever using Best Buy again. They couldn’t call, text, they sent an email 36 minutes after delivery window. I’m calling bs on the whole thing. Disgusted.

  Their "Phone AI" is beyond useless! I went ahead I purchased my dashcam from Costco. Best Buy is not what it used to be. It should be called "Worst Buy" !!!

  Paid 90 extra dollars for wire concealment. They didn't do it. I didn't realize they forgot until after they left. Tried customer service and the actual store number but like many big companies do, I got a call center and not the store itself. They are having me wait 48 hours for a "proposed resolution" after upper management "reviews my case". Seriously they took pictures of the install and have record of no wire concealment being done. Don't waste your time or money with the additional services. I should've just done it myself, because this is apparently what happens if they decide not to hold up their end.

  Doesn't have as much as I was looking for. I was in the market for a mechanical keyboard. All they had were gaming type keyboards, most without keys (how do you try them out?). There were no productivity, full-sized boards to be seen. Went to Office Depot and found EXACTLY what I was looking for--both out as a demo and as a package ready to purchase. The rest of the store brightly lit and seemed to have all the regular stuff.
