Daniella, the sales advocate at the Moses lake WA store was so professional. She caught a scam from the Othello store whom they lied and scammed me out of some cash. She is very good at her position. She took care of all my issues in one visit. I highly recommend her and the Cricket store for any issues you have. Thank you Daniella.

When I came to switch from AT&T to this mobile operator, their employees cheated me out of money, they didn't inform me and entered me additional services that I didn't ask for and didn't inform me about, they also gave me a phone case saying that if I don't take it, the price will be the same, although in the check it says in black and white, I paid that I paid 44 dollars for a phone case. When I came to solve my problem, another worker started fooling me and telling me one thing and a minute later a completely different, when I asked for the manager's number, I was told that he was on vacation.
