- JBJohn BJun 29, 20261.0⚠️ Be very careful with this business — they took advantage of my mother, who does not speak or read English. They had her sign a contract she could not understand, despite her not speaking the language. When I found out, I immediately requested cancellation and explained clearly that she does not speak English. Despite this, they have continued charging her every single month — over $300 last month and over $200 this month. The manager will not give me any update, will not refund our money, and the charges keep coming. This is not an honest mistake; they knowingly got a non-English speaker to sign a document she could not read. If you or a family member does not speak English, do NOT trust this business. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We just saw Dr Choi for the first time recently and it was the best experience possible for my pup who is very scared of going to the vet. All of the vets have been amazing but Dr Choi was a dog whisper for my anxious dog. I moved away from Lynnwood to Seattle but I still come here for the amazing care and customer service.
