  ask for Shreyas he actually noticed me walk in when others didn't and was happy to help me with questions best choices for what i need and looking for going out of his way to do more than expected at every turn felt very helpful i like that he didn't waste my time was quick to get right on things made me feel appreciated and i could tell he took pride in doing a great job thanks again

  Unfortunately, this is the first Google review that I'm going to give that is unsatisfactory to say the least. I went into the Apple store Alderwood Mall today in Lynnwood, WA to simply drop off a MacBook Air that is under warranty that needs a screen repaired. This would be the 3rd reservation I made -- and in fairness one of them I had to cancel -- the other one was a mistake on Apple's end -- and my appointment today was technically (6) hours later at 6:25PM this evening Due to personal reasons, I couldn't make the appointment -- but I still needed to get my MacBook Air fixed ASAP. I kindly asked an associate if I could just simply drop the laptop off and I don't even need to talk to a technician because I know they're going to need to keep it. He referred me to a manager (Mike) who was the least managerial person I've ever met in my (40) year professional career. He was immediately guarded, rude and dismissive. And by the way, you if you look at a number of Google reviews (3.4 to of 5) for this particular store -- and Yelp reviews -- you'll find 2 words in common “rude” and “dismissive.” I've been to this store several times over the years after buying many Apple products -- and I've always sort of sensed there was this air of entitlement there -- but today it really shined through. I run a successful medical device business, and we would never treat our customers that way -- especially repeat customers that are also on an extended warranty, they take priority. Even if Mike would have made an attempt to appease me -- and say something like; “Let me see what I can do…” and then told me I would still need to come back hours later to drop it off (because there's no technician available... SOP problem) -- that would have completely avoided all the conflict. To be fair, there are probably a number of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) that Apple should improve when coming to their stores -- which I will share with Apple -- but will probably end up falling on deaf ears. Employees of any company where I (we) help to pay their wages should at least pretend to be accommodating to customers. Not rude nor dismissive -- and certainly not escorting customers out of the store because they get triggered by what you have to say. Manager Mike even told me that he's been “managing this store for 16 years”, I've never seen him there -- but I'll take his word for it. But one should never confuse tenure with intelligence. Do better Mike, do better Apple.

  I have had my iPhone 17 for a year and had issues ever since I got it. Came here three times to get it fixed and they say that there is no issue in diagnostics so they won’t fix it. I don’t get cell service, WiFi or Bluetooth as they all randomly drop daily. 1 year of having a useless phone with no support has convinced me to switch off of Apple completely at this point.

  I just bought iPhone 18 Pro Max. and I need to learn a few things about the phone and the functionality. and the error message I’m getting. Thinking maybe All information from my old phone did not completely transfer to my new phone. One of the technicians tried to help, and he asked the manager, the manager came, he took the technician away, ask me to wait, He tried to explain What I need to do without giving me a chance to understand, and he left saying that he will send somebody else to explain, I don’t like the way interact with me, He could have a better customer service attitude. After waiting about About 15 minutes He send another technician. His name is Andrew. he was very good customer service. People do not need their issues fixed. more than they need to be treated with respect. Thank you

  To whom it may concern, I had an appointment for a back glass replacement. I waited one hour despite my appointment. Then I had to wait one hour to reset my Apple password for security reasons. By then they would not take me anymore. I would have to come back(2 hour round trip) within 5 days while they hold the part. They would not take any reservation. I was told to just show up and I that would NOT be guaranteed a repair spot for the day I come in. That is an unacceptable MO! Apple, you can do better. Upon a call to Apple customer service, to voice my concerns, I was given an appointment much closer to me than the Alderwood mall location, and much sooner! What gives?
