  Over this past weekend, I greatly enjoyed the (Apple-Store), and the classes , on widgets and shortcuts. A special shout-out to Noah, who was highly informative, and knowledgeable with products, and new items. He has keen intellect on products, and great language-delivery with consumers . Thanks !

  I came in trying to get my iphone fixed or to buy a new phone. Representative was unhelpful and dismissive to my questions. Seems like they don't know much about fixing devices, backing up, making appointments nor sales. Kept directing me to research and do things online myself. Why did I bother coming in if I should help myself online? Will try to avoid this location in the future.

  Huge thank you to Nate for helping me out today! I came in after my iPhone got stuck during an iOS update, and I was honestly convinced I was going to lose a years worth of unbacked up notes, photos, and other important data. Needless to say, I was pretty stressed. He was able to get my phone updated successfully without losing any of my data, which was an incredible relief. I'm sure fixing iPhone issues for people can sometimes seem like nothing to the employees, but I hope they know how much it meant to me and it made a huge difference. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring Nate was throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this store!

  I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at the Apple Store. My wife's iPhone 17 Plus suddenly became completely unresponsive, so we brought it to the store for help. We waited about 15 minutes and were assisted by two employees before a technician came over. The technician asked us to enter my wife's Apple ID password. We explained several times that we could not remember it and asked if repeatedly trying different passwords could lock the account. We asked this question four or five times. Each time, we were told it would be okay to keep trying. Eventually, the Apple ID became locked due to too many incorrect password attempts. After that, we were told to leave the phone at the store and that it might take until the next day to fix. We were also told that the iCloud account recovery process could take anywhere from one to three weeks, and that all of my wife's photos and personal data might not be accessible during that time. Naturally, my wife was extremely upset and worried that she could lose everything stored on her phone. We were also told that we would receive an email explaining the account recovery process and providing updates. However, we have not received any email or any update at all. Fortunately, we decided to take the phone home instead of leaving it at the store. Our daughter was able to resolve the problem in about 30 minutes without losing any data. If she had not been able to fix it, my wife's phone could have remained unusable, and we would have faced the possibility of losing access to all of her important information for weeks. I understand that technical problems can happen, but I expected much better guidance from Apple technicians. Instead of repeatedly encouraging us to enter passwords we were unsure of, they should have advised us to stop before the account became locked and guided us through the proper Apple ID recovery process. What disappointed me the most was the lack of responsibility and communication. We were promised an email with instructions and updates, but nothing ever arrived. This entire experience caused our family unnecessary stress and anxiety, and it could have been avoided with better judgment and customer service. I sincerely hope Apple provides better training to its technicians so that no other family has to go through the same frustrating experience.

  1 million employees walking around and I’m told only one person can help me quickly Just grab a package of AirTags and of course the line for that person is five people deep. The store makes no sense to me. This is not the first time I run into this. it’s ridiculous. I hate this location. While in line for 10 minutes, I ordered them online. They’ll be at my house tomorrow.
