Unexpected software glitches on my brand new MacBook Air prompted me to utilize the 14 day return/replacement window. Due to having used the student discount, the replacement process encountered some hiccups. However, the associates— Eric and Jen solved it smoothly without much stress on myself. Awesome smooth experience, love that from and for apple.

Had a simple pickup order which I paid for online. Took over 30 minutes to just pick up a pair of headphones while employees just stood around saying to keep waiting. Could’ve ordered it on Amazon and gotten it quicker which is what I’ll do next time.

Service is terrible. No greeting customer when you first walk in. It wasn’t a busy day, since there a few agents talking among themselves. They helped other customers who came after us. It literally took more than 15-20 minutes for someone to realize we weren’t getting helped.

My phone needed some repairs and I'd already been a few locations. They got me in quick because I'd been having troubles. I had to come back to get the broken phone with small wild kids in tow, having traveled over an hour. My phone was still broken, needed my approval to move on. This didn't fit my schedule or that of a 3.5 and 5 year olds attention span. They got everything worked out so quickly while making my wild little boys happy with stickers and angry birds. Thank you to Jessie the sales associate and I think Josh who initially tried to fix my phone saw I was struggling and just kindly helped.

Not a great experience. I bought 4 new iPhone 17 Pro/Pro Max phones and two were defective right out of the box. One had a battery that got dangerously hot to hold, and Apple’s own diagnostic couldn’t even recognize the battery that was in it, which really makes you wonder about their quality control. It wasn’t repaired, it had to be fully replaced, which took three days and multiple trips. I let that one slide, but then the second phone started flickering and cutting to complete black on its own, almost like it was losing power. I recorded it on another phone to document it, tried updating the OS and restarting first, but the issue kept happening. At that point it stopped feeling like bad luck and started feeling like a pattern. I ran their diagnostic and sent the results in ahead of time exactly like I was told to, then paid for a ride to the store, and once I got there they told me they couldn’t help and I’d need to come back for a factory reset. Nobody called ahead to warn me, even though they already had my diagnostic data. They called it a cache issue, kind of like clearing cache in a browser, except instead of anything targeted they wanted a full factory reset. Then I found out I need an iCloud backup or I lose everything, and I don’t use iCloud. It genuinely felt like I was only being given one option, lose my data or sign up for a service I never wanted. Still unresolved, and they wouldn’t do in-home service even though the phone is brand new and under warranty. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in time and transportation over this, and honestly it’s been disappointing and disruptive to my everyday life. Apple used to mean things just worked, or got fixed fast if they didn’t. This time it felt like the opposite, and it’s left me questioning how reliable their products and support really are.
