  I brought my phone in to get fixed, and the technician who helped me, Andrew, was amazing! I was hoping to save my pictures as they hadn’t been backed up, though my phone was pretty broken, so it was going to be tough. Luckily, he was able to work with the repair team to get the original device in working condition so I could back my photos up! I felt like the customer empathy was above and beyond, and Andrew had a lot of technical knowledge about the repair, beyond just diagnostics. I’m also thankful to the repair team behind the scenes who did a great job. Yay!

  I’m puzzled by the numerous negative reviews. I’ve consistently received excellent service and prompt technical assistance for all my Apple devices. The only suggestion I have is to offer curbside pickup, as the mall parking lot tends to fill up quickly.

  I went to the Apple Store yesterday at Alderwood Mall.. Thank you, NOAH, for being such an OUTSTANDING customer service person who helped me with several tech support matters. And explained so much more to me, went beyond and above. Patient, polite, informative, knowledgeable. I've seen other reviews. All I can say is in my four visits over the past ten years, the staff here have been helpful to me. I'm no longer a tech wizard I once was, and that matters to me. Do they take the time to understand my questions,, or just try to push something on to me. Not here (I'd walk away if they did). But no, NOAH, yesterday, exceptional! They should give you a bonus or a raise, NOAH. Staff like you are golden nuggets. I retired from a pharma company, no longer exists (Upjohn), they treated their employees WONDERFULLY. Don't get the sense there are loads of Upjohns in the world anymore. Hope I'm wrong. I'm not particularly fond of Apple in general, but IPhone it is. I'd suggest do as much research as you can beforehand though. Helps them help you.

  This location is the best location I have ever been to. Super friendly staff and there were so many of them!! I got the help I needed right away and they answered all my questions with sincere responses. Two of them saw me texting and said I was amazingly fast. Even though I had to take a ferry from the peninsula it was well worth the trip. Kudos to everyone who was working there today!!! Thank you so much- bonus kudos for not treating me like an old man, but like a person. Thanks again.

  They should call this Apple Attitude of Alderwood. I made an appointment concerning my 2023 model MacBook going silent on me. One day it was fine, running without issue, the next it wouldn’t cut on or take a charge. After visiting Apple Alderwood, I was told by a young woman that everything they tried could not wake it up or get a response, and recommended starting with a logic board replacement, just south of $600. My wife calmly asked if there was any extra assistance we could receive from Apple given our commitment to the company (3 newest model iphones, 2 iPads, 3 watches, 2 MacBooks and a desktop). She looked at her pad, confirmed the amount of items we had on the account, and then stated “there’s not really anything that can be done since you didn’t sign up for Apple Care”. I then looked at her and said “so because we didn’t sign up for AppleCare, my 2 year old MacBook that has sat on a desk for its entire life, which is dead because of an Apple specific component having a life of 24 months, is out of any warranty or any additional customer service you can provide? Well thanks for your time?” The young woman then proceeded to back up and act offended, saying “how about I just get a manager, I’m not sure what I said”. I informed her I was okay without talking to a manager, grabbed my computer and walked to the door. She got to her manager and I explained that I heard my options and her inability to do anything and I was done with the appointment. I even apologized to the first young woman for any negativity she had felt was at her. The manager then rolled her eyes and said “okay, bye”. As we were leaving. My wife turned to see them cutting eyes and the manager says “WHAT?!” My wife controlled herself and walked after me. As we turned back, they were both laughing. To both of them, you’re what’s wrong with this world. Both of them should be ashamed. We are officially done with APPLE, and I may chunk that MacBook thru their window if I don’t leave Lynnwood now.
