  Roxanne and her staff were amazing. She juggled 3 customers at a time and managed us all accordingly.

  After spending forever on hold I hung up and decided to stop into Lakewood cricket so glad I did!! Roxanne had me out the door in 10 minutes!!! Thanks y'all!!!

  I was reading the reviews and noticed on September 8th around 3 pm customer's said that Roxann the manger and Mariana where rude and racist that they where yelling and not helping them im sorry that is so untrue my wife and I where purchasing a new phone and witnessed everything that went on with that situation not once did they yell or refuse to help Roxann did attempt to help them several times she was very present but the 2 adults and child where not wanting to listen I think it was a language barrier the customers where ukrain or Russian but they where being very rude to the manager and walked out and Mariana was not recording anymore she was helping my wife set up her phone so in my case the both of them where very respectful and helpful to us and them.

  Went in 9/11/26 at 10 am to replace my son's broken phone. Our family have been cricket customers for almost 20 years. I have never been treated so rudely by the person in the store. After she repeatedly tried to push the insurance scam on us I told her we weren't interested because we had already had a bad experience with that particular service, she interrupted me and was immediately rude and dismissive. Also, she kept walking away from us because she brought her child in and kept them in the back room and we could hear them messing with stuff back there. As I now understand our state laws changed since the last time I purchased a new phone, so my husband needed to be present, but she then went on to tell my son to call him and get our son listed as the primary on our account. The whole reason I went in with him was to provide our account security code. Our son. Who doesn't pay the bill, listed as primary. I walked out and will never go back there again. She literally acted like I wasn't there and like I had no say in it, without the knowledge that I am the one who pays the bill. Cricket needs to shut this store down because they are having their friends and family post fake reviews to drown out what the community already knows- the people who work at this store are nasty and rude to the people who make their jobs possible. Strange, because most places actually want people to spend money at thier stores, but apparently this one doesn't care at all and that speaks to very poor management.

  I was a loyal customer with them for over 10 years, and I have never experienced such shocking disrespect. We came into this location (Suite 101) In Lakewood today around 3:15 PM simply asking for basic device assistance. We spoke calmly the entire time and never once raised our voices. Instead of helping or answering questions, both Marissa (who claimed to be the manager) and Jessica refused to let us speak. Jessica even appeared to be holding up her phone recording us while we were just trying to have a normal conversation to help us to unlock the phone . Marissa showed zero customer service skills, refused to connect us with customer service, and repeatedly kicked us out of the store, telling us "You can go, you can go." Because of their outright rudeness and hostility, and being racist they just lost 3 customers today. I will make sure to share this experience across our entire local community so people know to take their business elsewhere.
