- SCSean ConlonAug 26, 20261.0VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE I had a very disappointing experience at this phone store in Lakewood. The manager was extremely rude and actually yelled at me during my visit. I was simply trying to get an add-a-line, and she refused to help me because she knew I planned to remove the line from my account the following month. Which was not true. Needed a phone for child for when they go to school. Regardless of what my future plans were, I should have been treated with professionalism and respect as a customer. There was no reason for the way I was spoken to or treated. I ended up going to another phone store on 56th Street, and it was total 180-degree difference. The ladies there were friendly, professional, and actually willing to help me. After that experience, the 56th Street location will now be my go-to store for all of my phone shopping. Customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, this location lost my business because of how I was treated.

Much better service than the 38th Street location. If you have Cricket and live in the Tacoma area, go to Lakewood!
