Unfortunately, this came at the expense of others waiting for their turn and appropriate service. I was impressed with how diligently the 3 service people worked, overall, under difficult circumstances, they exhibited grace under pressure.

They close at 4:30 p.m., but they really try hard to fix anything brought in before closing, so even customers who arrive a little later can still get their Dyson fixed the same day. I'm very impressed.

Unfortunately even though they tried, the issue wasn't fully resolved and I'm not getting a response from corporate about addressing the issue. The waiting area that you're required to sit in while they inspect and repair your device is a miserable place to be stuck in for hours while they do repairs. Unbelievably hot with no ventilation or air movement, the couple fans they have running are completely inadequate. The smell was horrific like a mix of puke and sweat that hits you the second you come in the door and is inescapable while you wait. I'm not sure if this is a biproduct of how hot and sweaty customers are while they wait or if somebody got sick in there earlier in the day and they did an inadequate job of cleaning.
