- XXXiaoJun 29, 20265.0The line can be a bit long especially approaching closing. I waited for 30 minutes on Saturday around lunch time. Once my equipment got checked, it was fast and handled with care. My machine got checked even it was a bit past 1:30pm. And the staff gave me a return box with a sticky label envelope for a part that can’t be repaired.

So I came in with my hairdryer and vacuum and have to fill out a QR code check in. I couldn’t find my serial number for my hairdryer and was told they cannot look at it then so while pulling up my Dyson account, I was kicked out because they have a call. Followed up with while when I come back at 12:45 will you be able to see me before you leave for lunch and I was told we will try our best totally unacceptable. I don’t know what’s going on with Dyson service used to be so much better.
