- JBjb357 bAug 24, 20262.0Staff and service were top notch, very friendly and thorough, that's about the only good part. Unfortunately even though they tried, the issue wasn't fully resolved and I'm not getting a response from corporate about addressing the issue. The waiting area that you're required to sit in while they inspect and repair your device is a miserable place to be stuck in for hours while they do repairs. Unbelievably hot with no ventilation or air movement, the couple fans they have running are completely inadequate. The smell was horrific like a mix of puke and sweat that hits you the second you come in the door and is inescapable while you wait. I'm not sure if this is a biproduct of how hot and sweaty customers are while they wait or if somebody got sick in there earlier in the day and they did an inadequate job of cleaning.

- XXXiaoJun 29, 20265.0The line can be a bit long especially approaching closing. I waited for 30 minutes on Saturday around lunch time. Once my equipment got checked, it was fast and handled with care. My machine got checked even it was a bit past 1:30pm. And the staff gave me a return box with a sticky label envelope for a part that can’t be repaired.
