  This is getting totally ridiculous. I called. The Kennewick store was transferred to the 800 number for geek squad. They told me on the phone to have my sister just walk in there and they’ll take her computer and they refused her and she drove 60 miles to get there. I think everybody needs to get on the same page I’m so disgusted right now. I want to cancel my membership.

  the employees make this place great. Sure you have to wait a little bit, but its worth it due to the service they provide.

  Not sure the point in having an appointment if we are just going to sit in line for every walk in to be taken care of first.

  Sal at Geek Squad is absolutely the GOAT (Greatest of all time)!! He helped/assisted me and my troubles with my phone being locked and was unable to unlock it. Sal, in my opinion went over and beyond to fix my phone. I cannot tell you the exceptional, outstanding, top notch customer service Sal provided me!! He is 100% knowledgeable of all cell phone devices. I highly recommend the Geek Squad, pls go see Sal!! Thank you again!
