  I believe it was the manager at this location(black guy) was yelling at people who were trying to park for H&R block who share the same parking lot. He went into H&R block to argue with the customer to move to a different spot. Completely rude and unprofessional.

  Unfortunately I had a very bad experience on this store , manager African American acted racist rude in front of my kids and wife , when we were asking about discount programs from government , he was trying me and family feel uncomfortable asking questions like we need social security and things like that , we bought a phone and phone case and made a bill pay , put all receipt he give me in the box (no receipt for new phone was print) , we knew we had 7 days to return , phone glitch not working, walk in to the store twise and explain was not our fault we don't have reseipt they didn't want to help us , then I called , and same man African Americans ( manager ) answer and asked please help me get and other phone he completely bad person didn't want to help at all , knowing that he didn't print the receipt as I put all receipts for other stuff in the box, please read other reviews that have same complaint of same man African American (MANAGER), do something don't let this man doing that to people anymore please , and if there is a way to help us please do , like i said we bought a phone we don't have the receipt because manager didn't print it ,we just wanted to change it for another one , please help us my son very sad about it.

  Yep its just ok. The service areas are not good at all. Especially in a big city where you would expect to have internet and poor connection! I switched from Metro PCS and I wanna switch back!!
