- BCBrandon Cossel4 days ago1.0Don't bother trying to call this store and ask a human being a question. They have an AI virtual assistant that takes all the calls and will just route you to an endless hold. These AI virtual agents are antithetical to good customer service, so their use here says everything about the Best Buy's attitude towards their customers.

One thing I will say is prices usually seem to match what it is Bing offered for online at Amazon or other retailers. At least im not paying more for the displeasure of not having it delivered straight to the door. Can pick up most online orders placed on Samsung's site, so thats a plus if you need that new TV TODAY... other than that, its kind of depressing to someone who grew up in the 80's and 90's and remembers the glory days when they used to carry casettes/cd's/VHS/DVDs/etc. along with everything you could need to watch and listen.
