  I just really liked this animal clinic. They asked for the least amount of money than all the others for the paperwork for moving a cat to Spain. And they seemed to be the most professional and pleasant people - they explained everything and were as clear as possible :) In short, I recommend :) and Tiffany who remembered my phone number 🤯 you really surprised me 😲

  I rate this location 5 stars because the staff is amazing. They tend to my 2 senior dogs like they are theirs. The downside of VCA is the pricing of services. Medications can cost 3x more there, but you can get the prescription and order online. They have boarding services and they are 10 minutes from my home. Would be nice to have them provide affordable care - it would allow pet owners the ability to get their pet all the services they need. It's a choice and I do recommend them and trust them with my dogs.

  When I took my cat here the first time it was great! But then I brought my other cat and had the unfortunate time of having Dr. Denise Miller. Charged $1200 to not give any answers to my concerns. The doctor did not even touch my cat! She has a large lump on her nose, bad feline acne, and she has started limping. I’m heavily concerned and I thought VCA was the answer, but the vet didn’t even take my cat out of the carrier. No stretching of the limbs to see where the issue might be. No looking at her face for the issues presented. I feel scammed. The intake person (I think they called nurse?) took my whole list of issues and the doctor didn’t even address them. I spent over a grand to get my time wasted and my cat is still in pain.

  This clinic is very close to my home so i thought id try it out when my cat was having urinary issues. i expressed my concerns and told them how bad my anxiety is when it comes to my babies. they were very understanding and even sent me pictures of him while i was home waiting for updates. they did an amazing job with my cat and me. i know i can be a lot when it comes to updates, but they were so understanding and accommodating. i hope i never have to go to the vet again but if i do im coming here!!
