Unfortunately the phone that I purchased was defective and bricked itself when I did the latest updates to the device. I took the phone back in the next day to make an exchange and Oscar contacted customer support for me while I was in the store. Everything came up roses by the end of visit and I walked out with the broken phone's replacement. Did all the updates as I did before and the phone is working smoothly and performing as it should. Thank you Oscar.
