  We brought our cat in to be neutered and had his preop appointment. A Basic , everyday neutering , and they quoted us a price of thirteen hundred dollars. Also The vet doctor did not use gloves or wash her hands after examining our cats testicles , which really turned me off and grossed me out. My husband and I immediately decided we were going somewhere else that would take care of the neutering for a much more reasonably price.

  Most of the people that work there are fine I just don't like the fact that the second you walk in the door there's a 5-ft transgender flag staring you in the face not an American flag,a trans flag that applies to about 3% of the population. be whoever you want to be but do you have to push your agenda on everybody that walks through the door I didn't see one American flag in there it doesn't feel very inclusive and that's what these people preach. So I'll be looking for a new vet. Just so you know no one cares if you're trans or not just don't push it on other people if you only want to service transgender and gay people let us know. We don't want to be some place we're not welcome and acknowledged I don't remember seeing Flags or posts at other vets proclaiming how they are straight. Maybe leave your political and personal opinions at home so everybody feels welcome it does not belong in a business,again not very inclusive. And I'm not saying don't show support for what you believe but to have a 5-foot flag on your admissions desk is a little crazy

  We have been clients of VCA Covington for about 8 years now. I can't say enough about the doctors and support staff. They are always very professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. We have three cats each with a different chronic health issue. One of the cats has a very rare pancreatic disorder and the doctors were able to properly diagnose and treat him. We are so thankful for their knowledge as it literally saved my cat's life. My cats hate going to the vet, but the staff is very well trained and do a great job of minimizing their stress. We are so very thankful for the doctors and staff of VCA Covington and the care they provide our cats. Thank you!
