And I was have some issues with 2 phones before I had to buy a new one and they never give any discount on nothing. And more things that I don't want to say about the money I paid each month. Always charged me. If I pay before or after the day they still take me money.
- TRThiago RodriguezJul 29, 20261.0Si pudiera poner cero estrellas sería mejor, por qué es la peor tienda a la que he ido, hay dos chicas que atienden en las tardes y cuál de las dos son más antipáticas, no entiendo para que trabajan de servicio al cliente si no les gusta atender personas, pienso que las personas que venden celulares deben por lo menos saber un poco las funciones de los celulares para poder explicar al cliente que opción le favorece mejor para hacer una buena compra y para que el cliente esté satisfecho de su compañía de celular, pero la chica no nos quería atender y para colmo me dice que el celular no se podía prender, entonces como voy a ver que celular me conviene comprar ???? Cuando le pregunté por las funciones me respondió que ahí está , me sentí muy mal atendida , creo que como clientes merecemos respeto .
