  Unfortunately, my experience with the Bremerton store yesterday was awful. When we arrived there were 2 employees at the counter, we were not greeted nor welcomed into the store. One of the employees started helping another customer who had walked in with us. My son and I started looking around for a new phone for him as his screen had completely died. We waited for the other employee to come out to check on us or see if we had any questions. Approximately 15 minutes went by without any customer service of any type. I finally asked the gal who was helping the other customer if it was possible for the other employee to come help us. She looked at me as if I had asked her to move mountains. He very reluctantly came out of the back room. My son told him what phone he would like and said he would also like a screen protector and a case. Here is where things went sideways. With Cricket you can upgrade once a year, my son was a week shy of that with his current phone being completely dead so they had to charge him full price, and could not sell any accessories as they were doing an inventory. I looked at the wall full of accessories with no inventory tags or anything and asked for clarification. Nope, can't sell was the answer. The I asked him to double check his records as my son hadn't gotten a new phone in the past year. He said that my son had, and that a Mark O. had helped him with that transaction and that we could drive to that store and talk to him. I said, "Mark is my husband, he doesn't work for Cricket, and that we weren't going to drive from Bremerton to Tacoma." I repeated that my husband was the only one who got a new phone. He said nope your son got one too. I didn't want to continue arguing with him and asked if he could make a few day exception. He responded by saying, "No, but you can come back in a week." I expressed that my son needed a phone for his job and that it seemed like out of 365 days a few days could be adjusted, we were at 358! Nope! I asked if I could get his managers number, his response to that request was that they are not allowed to give out their manager's number! He also informed us that he needed to get back to his inventory as his manager had told him it was a priority over helping customers! I was absolutely so shocked that he said that I had to repeat it back in question form. Yep, that is what my manager wants. Needless to say my son has moved his mobile service to another company and my husband and I will be following suit shortly! The customer service in this store is some of the worst I have ever experienced!! So much so that I am embarrassed to say I actually got quite upset. This employee should in no way be in customer service, he has no idea of how to work with the public in a fashion that attempts to meet the customers needs. I am very disappointed with the Bremerton Cricket store.

  Kenneth was very helpful help to me and great answering the questions I had about getting my service switched over to Cricket Wireless from Metro PCS and great at explaining all the different pricing options for the phones that I was interested in. He didn't get frustrated at all with all the questions I was asking and he was very knowledgeable about the phones and service that Cricket Wireless has to offer.

  Unfortunately, I was not able to leave 0 stars! My son just went to the Bremerton, Washington store and stated his needs to the salesperson.. specifically he needed an inexpensive phone that has the ability to have the camera removed. Shouldn't be that difficult since our communities largest employer is the shipyard! He purchased the phone that the salesman said would work only to find out after driving to Silverdale to get the camera removed that they were unable to remove it in that phone. Since the phone could NOT have the camera removed he then drove back to Bremerton thinking since he has been an existing customer for 3 years and since he purchased it less than an hour ago that they would exchange the phone for one that would work. NOPE! After speaking to the very unprofessional "GM" on the phone they wouldn't refund him for the activation or the case they told him they were "including" in his earlier purchase for only $5! He returned the phone and after paying the original total of $104..... they gave him $50.79 back and pretty much told him sorry about your luck! They lied to him to make a sale! That's stealing in my book! Pretty terrible business! I will share this review everywhere because I do not want this place to rip anyone else off!
