  NUH UH NO WAY JOSE, WORST BUY. Everytime I try to get assistance I get told “I work warehouse” and the people walk away. Are employees walking the floors unable to assist? I’ve never been turned away as a customer before from someone in uniform before!

  Have had very mixed experiences at the store. Some employees are terrific and some are really immature and untrained -not interested in helping at all. I recently bought a TV and a new computer. I was in there a lot because I had been hacked and Geek Squad helped helped me sort out the problems. I learned who to ask for and who to avoid. Found the on-line person I talked to about new computers to be fantastic. Very competent and caring. Will be calling that line today and hope to buy a new Iphone.

  I am VERY disappointed with this Best Buy. The past two times I have come in have been horrible experiences. The first time, we were waiting over an hour for someone to come help us get a MacBook. Today’s experience was worse. We went up to workers two different times asking for assistance and no one came. After the third attempt, we got Cesar. When asked if they were busy, he said not at all. He then proceeded to say that someone asked over the radio to help us and everyone just ignored it. He then walked us to the register and tossed the iPad onto the counter. The iPad slid off of the counter (because it was thrown) and onto the floor. Cesar just walked away and said “hope it’s not broken, guess we’ll see” shrugged his shoulders and walked away. The guy at the register said “you can return it if somethings wrong”. We requested a new one be brought up for us to purchase which was done and then we were checked out and we left. We will not be returning to this location after this experience. Highly unprofessional from start to finish. The staff had terrible attitudes and made the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant. For a place like Best Buy, you’d expect basic customer service, but this was far from it. Do better.

  Brody H, my GUY thank you SO much for making it easy to find a mouse matching what I needed. You explained things in simple enough terms that both my partner and I understood while never talking down to us. Glad I decided to go into Best Buy instead of shopping around online and ending up with something only sub-par. For the store itself, it was clean, easy to find help, and the displays made things easy to test products. If I could rate y'all higher I would :)

  That sucked. Wanted to get headphones. Standing behind someone at checkout while the clerk talks with the person in front of me for five minutes. It's finally my turn and the clerk tells me checkout is at customer service. Go to customer service. One person working. Long checkout customer ahead of me. Watching employees walking around while I wait. Line next to me slowly forming. Told i was in the customer service line (where I was directed) and needed to get in the line that had formed while I waited. Get in that line. Finally get to the front. Clerk that initially told me to get in the customer service line has finished talking and walks over and opens up a checkout for me to checkout. The clerk was super cool but systemically- that sucked.
