  If I could do zero star I would. Went in for repair, was told they didn’t have the part I need available, will order it and notify me when it is ready. It turned out no order or repair case has been set up. Was told I need to re schedule the appointment and re do the whole process, which is extremely affected my schedule. Btw, my associate was barely spending more than 5 minutes for my appointment, I thought she was professional and knew what she was doing, but apparently just bad service.

  I am pretty pissed off when I have my iPhone SE battery replaced. The drop off is fine, but when I try to pick up, they checked in me and asked me to wait on the blocks. I was expecting 5 mins for a pick up, so my whole family was waiting for me in the car in the garage including my parents in law, going for some activities . But after I don’t know how long, no one comes to me, I have to talk to them 3 times to confirm I am checked in, and eventually expressed my struggle feelings. Then someone finally just get my phone to me after that. They were saying the whole waiting just because many customers in store. But I can’t agree with that. The phone was already repaired, just take it out and give it to your customer, how difficult is that!!! I would say the store either has management issue, they don’t know how to get customers satisfaction, or they don’t care. They just treat others time as nothing!!!

  The worst apple store i have used. Booking appointment is difficult - it’s hard to find available time. I arrived 15 min early and i have been waiting for 30 min just to get someone to look at my issue. When I asked why they told me to keep waiting and there’s two people ahead of me and that they had to deal with walkins. Why do i need an appointment when i will wait for very long and walkins are processed ahead of me?! Very bad management. Use different apple stores

  I made an appointment for 6:00 pm to have the screen on my phone fixed. I booked it through the Apple Support app. After hustling my way over to Bellevue square in rush hour traffic, I was told that they were too busy to fix my phone that day, however, I could leave my phone overnight to be fixed. Which would entail having to drive out to Bellevue AGAIN to then pickup my phone. I declined this option. If I book an appointment at a specific time, I expect that there will be enough staff on hand to handle the request. Apple, if you know you're going to be backed up by early evening, then don't offer appointments at that time. What an utter waste of my time and travel

  I tried to buy a new iPad today, but apparently you can't just pick up the item and go to a checkout desk to purchase. You have to stand around and hope that somebody notices that you're waiting to be helped? I asked at the pickup desk because I couldn't figure out what was happening and he said to stand by the item I wanted to get and somebody would come and help me. That seems to be the wrong information because plenty of other people got helped while I was waiting and watching. While I waited I looked online to see if I needed to make an appointment, but that's only for help with existing products. I tried to make eye contact with some staff when they were finished helping people with no luck, there seems to be some sort of invisible queuing system going on that meant everyone else got helped but me. After nearly half an hour of watching the employees help people who arrived after I did, I decided to purchase a Samsung tablet instead. What a useless and time-wasting service model!
