  First I waited for 20 mins to get help. Then after I told the sales I wanted to get a new watch and trade in the current one, he started to wipe off my current watch from my account without asking what model I wanted. Only after the wipe out is done he bothered to ask which model I wanted and found they don’t have it in store. In the end I told him I’ll order online and asked why he wiped out my watch on the first place, he said “it’s ok you can just add it back like a new watch”. He also couldn’t leave his table somehow when I asked to show me what the available model looks like.

  I went to buy an Apple MacBook Pro, but no one came to help me. Then I saw a store employee and told him I needed help buying a new MacBook and trading in my old one. He said okay and told me he would send someone to assist me. I noticed a large group of employees standing in the corner, chatting and laughing among themselves, which was frustrating because many customers were waiting. After I waited for 20 minutes, one employee came over and told me to wait a little longer for someone to help me. 10 minutes later, he came back and repeated that someone would be right with me, but no one ever came. After another 15 minutes, I just gave up and left the store. It was a really terrible experience. They had plenty of employees, but the customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen.

  Went in to apple today to buy a MacBook Air. A sales associate told me to wait at a designated table. Where I waited for 20 minutes for someone to notice me. Which I found consistent with their services. The first associate who told me to wait doesn’t radio to their team that this person is buying a specific item. And only until someone walks by and asks me what I needed bc there is lack of communication between team member. I expressed my frustration that if a customer were to come in wanting to buy a $1500 laptop you would think they would get some level of decent service and the associates excuse was they just had a new shipment of phones and everyone in here is looking to buy a $1500 laptop. Mind you I came in at 11 am on a Tuesday. I was appalled at his response and said I’m just going to Best Buy and getting the laptop and left. I’ve worked retail before and even at Nike we’ve been taught better ethos at the retail level about how we treat and speak to our customers. I would’ve expected more from Apple.

  I went into the Bellevue Square Apple Store last night around 6:30 PM planning to upgrade my Apple Watch Series 8 to the new Series 12 and walk out with a new watch, but it was a highly disappointing experience. I wanted to see the color bands in person, but only some were out. Not all colors or options were available to try or compare. There was no staff available on the floor to help, and when we finally talked to someone, they couldn't even unlock the drawer to show us the options. They did look somewhat busy with iPhone pickups, but a manager eventually came over only to tell us it would be a 30-minute wait just for someone to assist us. I love Apple, but this poor customer service cost them a walk-out sale, and I'll just buy online going forward.

  They just wasted my time, ordered the iphone 18 pro max online, they said it it will be available for pickup the following day, I even made an appointment with the customer call representative, gave her my details, made an appointment for 1 am, I go there the following day, at first they said they couldnt find my details and their was a system era even when my order was showing that I have a pick up, only to be sent back that my order is still processing after spending a whole two hours going back and fourth in their store because it was showing system era, I reach back at work only to receive a message that my order is ready. Please improve on your customer order efficiency Very inefficient and incompetent call center representative, I can’t be telling you how to do your job when you are working for the biggest tech company in the world. You can’t be making me go through the same process that I went through to have my order rectified when it was supposed to to be documented and put in the system when it was sorted from the store, so that who ever I speak to over my order the information is already there and you know what to do to serve customers efficiently This store operates like it is in the stone age period. Am so mad and frustrated especially when you are spending that much money only to get trashy services
