  I have had sex in excellent experience here. The staff are all great and really care about helping your pet have a positive visit and live their best life. When I transferred my senior pup's care here, the vet gave me tips on how to alleviate his arthritis pain so he can continue to have adventures and took the time to educate me on the risks and benefits of different pain medication options.

  I am so grateful for the whole team at VCA Brown! They have taken such good care of my three cats over the past few years. My oldest cat had some trauma from her previous vet (closed now), and when I brought her to VCA Brown for the first time, the vet did the entire exam on the floor in the corner where my cat was hiding. It brought me to tears seeing them so easily accommodate my anxious cat with no issues or judgement. They always treat her like a princess, and it is clear in her behavior that she is not the same anxious cat at the vet anymore. Most recently, my youngest cat had an emergency medical issue on a Saturday. When I reached out to VCA Brown, they assessed the issue and made it a priority to see my cat the same day. He ended up having to go to BEVS for overnight treatment, and VCA Brown made the process of getting him there seamless and as logistically stress-free as possible. Thank you so much!
