  They were amazing! Right down to the nursing staff! My kitty was very ill and they went above and beyond to show us so much care and love. Also they were not quick to spend money on unnecessary Treatments, they were understanding and will to treat properly! Within one hour we were on our way home with a more bright kitty, within 45 min after she was eating! Hands down the best care and treatment plan i could ever ask for.

  My puppy Baxter was suffering from an ear infection as well as ingestion of an unknown substance. He was acting lethargic and off balance. My regular vet no longer keeps Friday hours. I called VCA and they got me in right away. Haley was awesome with me on the phone (I was frantic). Gabby took me into the room for our initial encounter and exam. She was great. Dr Rohl thoroughly examined Bax to determine what was going on. After determining that, we went over cost, and executed a course of action. Thank you VCA. I will be switching to you as Bax’s primary provider, not only because of your exceptional service, but also because of your business hours. I should note that Bax’s previous vet is also very good, but they are only open Monday through Thursday. Can’t take this chance again.

  I came in for the first time to put down my hamster, I could barely form any words but all I had to say was I had an appointment for 2 for them to understand. They were incredibly helpful and the nurse said many very reassuring things that I didn’t realize but I needed to hear. Thank you for you care and love for my hamster during her last moments.

  Thank you for taking such great care of our cat, Byrde, today and diagnosing his not-so-glamorous ear infection. While he acted as though he was being personally betrayed, I think he secretly enjoyed the VIP treatment—the manicure, the treats, and all the fuss from the wonderful staff! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. But… let’s be honest. The real star of the show (and probably the reason we’ll keep coming back) is your gorgeous grey practice cat! Watching that feline supervisor lounging in the receptionist’s arms, calmly overseeing the computer screen to make sure everything was done correctly, was absolutely priceless. Clearly the clinic manager is a cat… and an excellent one at that! Thank you for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive (and entertaining) experience. Byrde says he’ll pretend he hated it… but we all know better!
