  I came in to this store for the first time to fulfill an apple care request after my watch broke. Arva and Diamond were absolutely lovely to work with, and we were able to come to a resolution. Very grateful for the timeliness and knowledge of these folks!

  I made an appointment through Apple support to see if I can fix my iPad’s (iPad air 11) cracked screen for 6:40pm. Showed up around 6:25-6:30ish, checked in with the lady up front who basically told me since I didn’t have Apple care I would have to buy a whole new iPad and there wasn’t really another option but a tech would come to see me. She walked me back to where the but screen is and I sat there for about 20 mins and no one came by to me, but I did see other people who literally just walked up to them and were helped with their devices and whatnot . I don’t normally have a problem with this Apple Store since we just bought the Apple vision and the guy that helped seemed a little irritated and had to clock out and then some other dude finished the tutorial. But seriously what is the point in making an appointment if you’re not going to be helped ?

  Horrible store. I walk in for a scheduled appointment no one greets you to check-in for your appointment or a kiosk or something to sign in. Employees talking to each other not helping or with other customers. Finally get someone’s attention and they were robots/ rude. Do you have apple care? Yes/no Do you know your Apple ID password ? Yes/no? Read that in the most robotic voice and boom my interaction. Finally got the zero personality robot to sign me in then I got to wait in the back of the store for my appointment. I wait for approximately 25 min past my appointment for another member of the assembly line. No hi, what are the issues, back up to do you have apple care, do you have insurance. Immediately it’s to get your screen fixed it will be $ but better to go through your insurance. Great what about the battery not holding oh that will cost this much, here is your total. Umm ok so it will be $? Yea but more depending on the other damage to the phone. There is no damage thats a screen protector, I’m here about the random black lines on my screen and battery not holding charge ( he would have known if he asked). Then proceeded to take my case off and look at my screen protector for some odd reason. Yea, just use your insurance, I’m going to take notes, anything else. Nope you have been useless. Mind you I was prepared to buy a new phone depending upon on the repair cost but he was so worried about pushing me along his assembly line. This store is horrible, I spoke with management and all he want to know was my name. How is my name going to fix customer service? Don’t buy from there or go for help. Just order and have shipped to your home, not worth the time.
