  I visited Best Buy, Winchester on Thursday April 16, I arrived early for my 440 appointment and was grateful I was seen promptly.. then it went downhill FAST. The reason for my visit was, my recently purchased iPhone 16 wouldn’t update( this is a known issue) Ethan, proceeded to tell me he’d get it fixed in no time and I’d be on my way, with a phone that worked. He explained he had to restore it to factory settings and just continue with update, 30 minutes later Ethan returned and said he was unable to fix my phone, so I go to Att where I purchased said phone, they could not help me. So I returned to Ethan at Beat Buy where he tried for 30 more minutes to update… still nothing. So he says I need to go to fair oaks mall to the Apple Store, where they will replace my phone no questions asked.. I drive to Fairoaks mall. There IS NOT AN APPLE STORE. When I finally locate the Apple Store it is 8 min before closing and they proceed to tell me I am also SOL. So THANK YOU ETHAN IN WINCHESTER FOR NOT OLNY MAKING MY PHONE COMPLETELY UNUSABLE, but also wasting my time, gas, and patience driving almost 2 hours one way for no reason. And I still DO NOT HAVE A WORKING PHONE.

  This guy Andre white had me apply for the Best Buy card telling me it wasn't a credit check and I am pissed off about it I was about to buy a house and now I can't do that because of the credit hit I took. Horrible person horrible horrible
