  Worst customer service. They need to train their employees to have better customer service. The wait is long even when you have a service appointment. I was getting a display replaced for my MacBook since I have the Apple care warranty. I was told to drop off laptop when the part came in. They were wrong. I still have to wait to drop off MacBook.

  I had an appointment today because my iPad screen stopped working. I have AppleCare+, and Apple Support reviewed a video of the issue and told me it would be a simple replacement at no cost. Unfortunately, the employee who helped me, India, was extremely rude and dismissive. She was helping multiple customers at once, ignored my questions, and made sarcastic comments. When she told me the replacement would cost $49, I explained that Apple Support said it would be free. She responded, “Do you want the iPad or not?” When I asked if I would receive an email when it was ready, she replied, “No duh,” and looked at me like I was stupid. I should not have been spoken to that way. Apple needs employees who actually care about customer service.

  For sure going back to android once I need to upgrade. Apple can go to you know what! Oh, by the way what’s the point of having an appt when you still have to wait 45 mins past your appt time! Customer service is horrible.

  Went in there because my phone got water damaged (I have apple care) so they tell me it’s gonna be $89 for a replacement phone which I didn’t have a problem with at first and the lady told me it would take about a week for the phone I needed to get shipped into their store. Went back in after it had been a week and they proceed to tell me it was never ordered.. that’s inconvenient and I feel as if I shouldn’t have to pay anything now ..

  Fabulous customer service, just about any Apple product or accessory you can imagine: Gabie was able to assess my problem and diagnose a course of action. I am so grateful for the expertise offered at this store, I appreciate being able to come in and get the help I need!
