  Hello, I know I will be remeberable as I had 2 dogs and a toddler. I just want to say I had high hopes for this visit as they were every 20 mins online. I had called and asked before I walked down if there was a way I could get taken early cause why not I was about 40 mins early for my appotiment. Thinking what’s the worst they can say no and then I walk to Petco. I get in and everyone seems nice. Not even 10 mins I get put in a room. Once we get in the room though it was 20 mins before anyone came in. The nice lady came in took both of my dogs history. She then left to go get the doctor about 20 mins later they both walk in and start looking them over one at a time. We had a nice conversation as one had an ear infection and one has anxiety issues lasted maybe 5 mins total. She took samples out of there ears and said ok we will look at this under a microscope and see if it’s an infection then we will come in get them one by one to clean and put ointment in them. Ok cool I thought 5 mins goes by and they hadn’t run the gunk she came to give me an estimate before doing what I had already agreed for them to do. So she leaves to “go get ready” about 20 mins later she came and got the first dog. 15 mins later they traded out then I waited another 15 mins. Now I took my toddler I know that was a crazy move but you do what you gotta do when you have to take a day off for no child care and animals need to be seen by a vet. I walked in at 10:40am I left at 12:44pm. I feel like that was extremely to long when only maybe 35 mins was spend looking at my animals.

  I appreciate the ability to make appointments pretty quickly, but they missed some really big deal issues with our dogs and were less than helpful or responsive when we needed answers. Still haven’t received any word or compensation. The pricing is also pretty ridiculous for meteocre services

  No sense of urgency, unnecessary wait times and bad professionalism. Do not recommend.

  They have been great when I started bringing my dog here but I am giving a 3 star because for the past 3 visits I have waited between 30- 45 mins for an allergy shot. Nothing extra. Just a shot by a technician. I had to ask what was going on because I did not arrive late and I was told they are short staffed. This has been every month for 3 months in a row.

  Took very good care of my 12 yr old baby girl. They got her back on her paws and she is happy and energetic again. Their monthly payment plan is amazing and includes her future shots and checkup
