    The actual geek squad employees were very helpful just understaffed at the time of my transaction. The only complaint I have is when trying to contact them through Best Buy is that you have to communicate with a call center and not the actual store. Otherwise, my computer was completely fixed and running better than ever

    I came in on a Thursday morning with a busted iPhone 16 screen through Tmobil and was told the first available appointment was the following afternoon. I then received a call from them asking me to reschedule because they were having staffing issues a wouldn’t be able to fix my phone without leaving it overnight. So I did and came in the next day for my appointment. The guy told me there was no claim on my phone but that it was covered under Apple care and they had screens in stock and the tech would have it ready in three hours. When I arrived I was told that they put the new screen on and it went smooth but my phone failed ‘diagnostics’ so they had to put my old screen back on (now it’s way worse literally couldn’t see anything on my screen) and I could take it to the Apple Store to see if they could fix it or they could order the ‘parts’ and they would come in within a week…I went to Fruit Fix the next day and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time here unless you don’t really need your phone for a couple of weeks.

    It took me 45 minutes to schedule an appointment for setting up my recently purchased smart tv. I specifically stated that I was not available until 2:00 or later on the day it was scheduled. I repeated this information several times so that there was no misunderstanding. The night before my appointment I received a text indicating that the service technician would arrive between 7:00 and 11:00. I called the store to let them know the appointment needed to be changed to the 2:00 time. I was told that there were no notes regarding the time but they would make a note indicating the change. The technician called me on the morning of the appointment and said that he was on the way to my home. I had to quickly rearrange my schedule to avoid the appointment from being scheduled a week later. The technician was very polite and was able to address the issue within less than 15 minutes. The new tv was not working properly and needed to be reset. Don’t waste your time and money (15 minutes cost me $120.00) dealing with Best Buy. They don’t have a clue how to run a business and how to respond effectively to customers!
