I told them to my face that I was paying my bill but wanted absolutely everything cancelled. It is outrageous to be treated so poorly just for paying for a service—perhaps because it was late and any desire to work or be helpful had completely vanished. It is a shame that a major phone company employs people who provide such substandard service. Management should know exactly who handled this based on the date I’ve provided, and I hope they take action regarding their staff. It is one thing to put up with a signal that might not be the best, but having the act of paying turn into such a bad experience is unacceptable. That really takes the cake. @cricket
