- FEFrederick Ellen3 days ago2.0I had a friend get a new battery for his iPhone 15 at a 3rd party location and decided to get Apple to do it for my Apple 14 Pro. It was $50 cheaper but took longer. Well, time wasn’t the issue. They broke my screen protector. They said we can replace it for $43/44 and I said okay. He comes back and says the one they carry is out of stock and it’d be 2 weeks. I said nah. I called back 2 weeks wishing I had ordered it, and they still will have to order it because it’s not going to be in stock. Again, I said nah. This is going to run me $50-60. I will buy Zag. The only positive is I have an Apple battery.
- MDMargaret DodsonSep 23, 20264.0Apple Store is on the 1st level. Best place to park & enter is in the rear parking lot between Dillards & JCrew. Walk to the right. Apple Store is next to Victoria’s Secret as of 9/23/2026.
- HAHamza AzzamSep 22, 20261.0Went there to replace my phone (14 pro max) battery since I assumed they are authorized Apple 😏. They replaced it (not to mention they took over 4 hours, although I had a scheduled appointment). However, they didn’t seal it back. 2 days later, the phone got some water splash and the water got inside it up to the camera lenses. I went back there. However, they said the phone got water damage and its my responsibility. The phone got water splash alot of times and I even took it down a swimming pool before they replaced the battery and I got no issue at all. So, I basically went there to replace my phone battery since. However, I lost $100, which they charged for the battery replacement, my entire phone, and over 4 hours of my time.
- ESEla StantonSep 6, 20261.0I will NEVER go back here again. Brought my phone in for a repair they said it would be $300. Okay sure. I get it back and the phone is only fixed partially. So I bring it back in and they say to fix the rest of the phone it’s going to be another $200. If I had known it would be $500 to fix my phone, I would have brought it to a fruit fix or just gotten a new phone
