The manager rudely said we only help with computers. My husband replied he was told differently. She sent Jennifer over who was also rude. Said she couldn't help. CiCi came over and was very sweet and fixed everything for us. From now on my Apple products will come from Verizon or Amazon.

- STShelby TaylorApr 27, 20261.0I would give them zero stars but it would not let me. So I was told last Thursday the repair part (screen) would be in within 2 business days and I would be contacted. I was never contacted and went in after work tonight. Apparently my part came in and the person working Genius Bar did not know why I was not called and I was told I had to override and tuen Find My IPhone off because of repair mode. Then she told me I had to leave my phone overnight and when I told her I couldn’t she because I need it for work, she asked when I got off and when I told her my schedule she was like oh. Well we have to get it done within 3 days. My phone is now in repair mode and if it got stolen then my AppleCare would not cover it because Find My Phone is not on and it is listed in repair mode but not being repaired. All the person could say is I can let them know about this. No competent for time just a sorry and you try and do what you can. So as for this store, I would a oid it for repair.

We waited an hour for someone to approach us and when they do , all they said was move to the next table . Then once our helper came . He said he didn't have much time so he’d find someone else .
