  I don’t know how this place is still in business. I’ve switched three dogs from this place to Caring Hands in Suffolk. there is no sense of urgency for a sick pet. It seems like there wasn’t much compassion at all. maybe they need to choose another profession. What could have been done, they didn’t have time for him. I got him in another place THE SAME DAY where the other two dogs were, they squeezed him in and what they had to do for him, It took five minutes to fix it the problem with compassion that was a medical emergency.

  We absolutely love the folks at the Airline Blvd location. Our Pittie princess has only seen them for vet care and they always take great care of her. The staff is always excited to see her and she loves going to see her friends at the Vet. Dr. Hubbard (sorry if I misspelled it) has been amazing with her. The office and exam rooms are always neat and clean. The staff is extremely communicative with follow up calls and text just to check on the fur baby. For them to take time out of the day to check on your animal means a lot. We have been CareClub members since we got our Pittie princess in 2021 and it has been worth every penny. If you are looking for a great Vet look no further. Added pictures of our sweet girl because……..why not lol. She is the Pittie Princess.

  I’ve had multiple appointments with Dr. Sorenson, and each visit has left me more frustrated. Despite seeing my cat more than once, she consistently comes into the exam room appearing unfamiliar with my cat’s medical history and has even referred to my cat by the wrong gender on multiple occasions. It gives the impression that the chart isn’t being reviewed before the appointment. The appointments also feel extremely rushed. Dr. Sorenson spends very little time in the room, making it difficult to ask questions or feel like my concerns are being fully addressed. As a pet owner, I expect my veterinarian to take the time to understand my animal’s history and provide thoughtful care. I was disappointed that my cat’s routine vaccinations were not given during the visit, requiring additional appointments and costs. Clearly showing me that unnecessary follow-up visits were being encouraged. If you have to choose this clinic, I highly recommend requesting Dr. Hubbard instead.

  Rude staff.I have always brought my cat to this place.At one time it was a great place to take your pets. Was yelled at by front desk staff, instead of asking the people beside us to please keep it down so i could hear what she was saying.She screamed the amout in my face. $625.to be told my cat has an ear infection..which she still has. Then was told via text my cat has 2n stage kidney failure..Couldn't pick the phone up for that.Keep treating customers this way and see how many will be back..cause I sure wont..

  Had a really good first visit with my little Peanut. They were good with him and he even got a few treats. Staff was nice and they even followed up and gave me a starter prescription for my boy. Convenient location and clean office, with spaced out appointments, for the animals. I would recommend!!!
