  Always a great experience here. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, whether you're buying something new or need technical support. My Genius Bar appointments were on time, and the issues were diagnosed and solved quickly and clearly. The store is bright, clean and well organized, and you can try out all the products before buying. Excellent customer service every time I've visited. Highly recommended!

  We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Apple Store in Tysons Corner! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely appreciated as customers. What impressed us the most was that we did not have an appointment, yet the team still went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were incredibly patient, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout our entire visit. We had several questions, and they took the time to answer every single one thoroughly without making us feel rushed or pressured. It is refreshing to visit a store where customer service is clearly a priority. The employees were not only knowledgeable about Apple products and services but also genuinely interested in making sure we understood everything and felt comfortable with our decisions. Their willingness to assist us without a scheduled appointment truly demonstrated their dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience. The entire atmosphere was welcoming, organized, and professional. Even with other customers needing assistance, the team maintained a positive attitude and treated us with kindness and respect.

  One of the best store in DMV area. Why? They just resolve any problems you have with Apple products and helpful folks are working there. For example, I went to initially to Montgomery Apple Store for my AirPod with apple care plus issue. It took them many hours and they still didn’t do anything. Tyson’s Apple just replaced it in 5 minutes - in and out total time.

  This is a horrible place. They don’t respect their appointment. They’re very careless cold and rude. I spoke to the store manager. She’s the supportive person you can ever meet in your life. Stay out of this Apple Store and until they change all the staff. Really horrible.
