  Purchased headphones for $500. One year later they've broken. It's the same manufacturing or design defect that people are sharing all over the internet. They want $300 to fix it, so I'd be in for $800 for one year of headphone use. Great value here. Great to see a company stand behind its product. Well done, all around Apple. I'll be sure to purchase again, for sure!

  Went in for my MacBook screen repair and got connected with the Genius Bar employee Jayden. He was so nice and extremely helpful and truly went above and beyond with the experience. Jayden alone deserves 10 out of 5 stars for how amazing he truly was! I hope his boss or higher ups see this review and reward him for his constant kindness and helpfulness!

  Terrible service. Long wait time to begin with. Then they didn't have an iPhone model that I wanted, so I had to do the online order in the store. It arrived 3 days late. And then they messed up with the invoice... Two weeks later I'm still working to get it right.

  I just purchased an iPhone 17 pro max case and Henry helped me. He was very helpful and kind. He cleaned my phone and replaced for me. Very good communication and customer service. Really appreciate him🙏🙏

  This Apple Store experience was savagely disappointing. I went to Apple Montgomery for an AirPods replacement, but the employee accidentally gave me the wrong one from the back and I didn’t notice until later. Since I’m much closer to Apple Tysons Corner, I stopped there the next day and asked if they could simply exchange it. Instead of helping, the manager told me they couldn’t do anything and that I had to return to the original point of sale. The issue is that Montgomery isn’t close to where I live or work—I just happened to be in that area that day. Something about that response was suspicious after all it’s not like Apple franchises, it’s all under one umbrella if I’m not mistaken, so I called Apple Reston Town Center. They welcomed me in, handled the exchange without any issue, and had me in and out in about 20 minutes. That contrast says everything. It feels like Tysons is happy to take sales, but when it comes to customer support, they turn people away. Because of how this was handled, I’ll be giving my business to Reston moving forward. If there’s anything you need help with that they tell you they can’t do I would be very suspicious. The dude straight up lied to me.
