  Waited for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged our presence or tried to help. It was barely an experience. Train your staff better. Wanted to buy two new phones but left truly disappointed.

  This review is specifically for Obi at the Genius Bar. I went to this Apple Store after a bad experience at the one in Clarendon. Obi was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he set realistic expectations upfront regarding the prognosis of my MacBook. I ended up trading it in for a new one. Obi was also able to fix my iPhone charging port! During my two hours at the store, I observed him skillfully working with several clients providing them with the same level of service.

  I must say, I didn't expect to receive such great customer service & support. When I first walked in, I was immediately greeted by at least three team members. Not long after the greetings, I was assigned one of their best employees, Layan. After introducing herself with welcoming energy, Layan proceeded to assist my friend and me. She was patient with us & answered every question we had; even reaching out to a colleague for confirmation. Her colleague was also incredibly kind & came over to confirm with us herself. Layan was detailed & didn't rush us. She offered us all our options & it was clear she was actually listening to us. Layan, thank you. You truly changed my perspective on the Apple experience & gave me hope in customer support again. You're one of a kind. 💯

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My phone is now forever broken. They did not tell me the right advice and now I lost ALL my data. TERRIBLE 0/10! ABSOLUTELY honestly apple as a whole.

  Please train your sales staff on basic product knowledge, including color identification. It was concerning that they were unable to distinguish between colors such as black and “moonlight blue.” Additionally, one of your sales associates advised me to go home and charge my Apple Watch and return later because it supposedly needed an update before I could complete a trade-in. This was inconvenient and unprofessional advice, and it does not reflect well on your company’s customer service standards. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed.
