  Absolutely horrible customer service!!! We have been loyal customers to cricket for 10 years, and because of how I was treated when I went in with a broken phone by a particular employee, we will be leaving cricket! I hope they value there extremely unprofessional and rude employee more than a loyal customer!!! We are extremely disappointed, and tried to voice that, and was met with no concern what so ever! This was very disappointing
