- LVLily VJul 27, 20261.0We had an appointment on Friday, but they called at the last minute to cancel it. I had already planned my entire day, but I didn't complain. I was flexible and agreed to reschedule for Monday to accommodate them. On Monday, there was a car accident on our route, turning our usual 30 minute drive into over an hour. We called the office to let them know we would be late. After driving for more than an hour, we arrived 20 minutes late, but they refused to see our dog for a simple Cytopoint injection, which would have taken only a few minutes. We asked if the doctor could see our pet for just five minutes, but they said no unless we paid an additional fee of around $200. This is not a place I would recommend. It feels like they care more about making money than about their patients or clients. When they canceled our appointment at the last minute on Friday, we were understanding and worked around their schedule. But when we were delayed because of an unexpected accident, they showed us no flexibility or compassion.

Not only caretakers, it seems like ppl who work there are genuinely love working there👍🏼 I highly recommend this establishment if you have furbabies! They will take good care of them🙏🏼 Thank you VCA HRAH for being such a great hospital
