    I have had the worst experience after spending $3,200 on a 98" TV. I bought the TV 2 weeks ago while they had a deal for free delivery and installation promotion going on. I have always done things myself and at this point I should of done it myself. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 12-4. I took the day of work in order to wait for the TV to be delivered. I called the store around 11AM to confirm it was coming and the gentleman told me it should arrive today. After waiting till about 4:30pm and getting no call about them coming to my house I finally called customer service and they informed me that my route was canceled because the drive called out sick that day. I'm very frustrated that they new this information that morning and instead of telling me hey we need to reschedule so I can go to work instead of loosing PTO time that I could use elsewhere I just wasted the day. I am very disappointed in this system. Now I have to wait to see when they can get the TV to me and hopefully it can be during a time that I don't have to take another PTO day off. I feel this needs to be addressed and something needs to be addressed ASAP because at the end of the day I lost out on money and time after dropping a lot of money for a service I was expecting to be done!!!!

    i scheduled an appointment to have my Iphone battery replaced. the day of my appointment i drop off my phone & pay the $73 for the repayment only for them to tell me they don’t have the battery. wouldn’t you have checked your inventory before the moment of my appointment? i wasted my time & now i have to wait for a refund for the money that i needed to get the new battery. i gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because although they seemed a bit clueless (or new or just straight up lazy), they were apologetic. but seriously, you should be checking each day what appointments/ clients are coming in and at the very least.. verify you can do the job so time and money isn’t wasted by either party.

    Calling the store to talk to someone in regards to a general question is a difficult process! It shouldn’t be that difficult to just ask a simple question. My call was routed many times and I was expected to have a receipt and my laptop in front of me just to ask a simple question. I was unable to speak with any human at all! I am a huge fan of technology, but I must say that this is not working for your Company. Customer service involves a human touch, too! That means more than an automated system to address customer needs!

    If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I am so beyond disappointed and appalled with this Best Buy and the service I received. I wanted to get a personal hard drive repaired. Was told 2 different deposit costs by two different people (WAS OVER CHARGED THE DEPOSIT). Clarified with both reps that the deposit cost was all I would have to pay, JUST TO BE TOLD WHETHER OR NOT MY DEVICE COULD BE FIXED. Right now that is the only information I've been given that is the same. I received a call after my harddrive was shipped off telling me that it would be an additional ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS just to look at it. And I would receive $900 of it back if they couldn't fix it. So what started as $50 is now $185 just to tell me whether or not it can be fixed! (not including the other $900 i didn't expect to pay upfront that NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT EVEN THOUGH I SPECIFICALLY ASKED). I call and get ahold of the manager, Phillip Matthews. He absolutely REFUSES to refund the whole amount regardless of my being misled and lied to. And I wouldn't have even started the service if I had been told the costs upfront. Which I asked for twice. He tells me he does not have the authority to do that. I need to call 1-800-Bestbuy. So I call them and they tell me that only the store can refund it, not customer service. I have been dealing with this problem for 2 hours at this point. And had to call the store back. He now explains to me that he is refusing to do it because its a service I agreed to, they did the estimate (WHICH WAS NOT TOLD TO ME OVER THE PHONE WHEN THEY CALLED) SO NOW THE MANAGER LIED TO ME ABOUT EVEN BEING ABLE TO HELP ME. He said he was the highest tiered person I could talk to and was refusing to do it. Apparently Best Buy doesn't have general managers or anything above that. He absolutely just refused to help. And I'm most angry that a friend tried to talk me out of using best buy, and I tried anyways. Now I'm $85 in the hole and was never told whether or not my device was even fixable or who I could talk to about this situation Im in. I will, NEVER, use Best Buy or geek squad again.
