  I have a Best Buy Total Tech Membership. It's completely worth the yearly cost at $189. It covers ALL the electronics in your home - even products not purchased from Best Buy. Took my son's ABS Gaming Tower there a couple weeks ago. They diagnosed the problem within 24 hours, didn't charge me to install the new RAM chips and gave a discount on the price of the RAM chips. That kind of job would have cost hundreds of dollars more anywhere else or even at Best Buy without the membership - it only cost us $176. I've had this membership for 5 years and it's paid off many times over. For items that you did buy at Best Buy, if they can't fix the problem, they will replace the product with a new or equally priced items.

  customer service was great today. Unfortunately the last four times I've been in here they have not had what I needed.

  Picked up gaming headset for live streaming. Good price, and lucky that it was the last set at that price on the shelf.

  One of the managers at this store. He would come up with the most ridiculous nonsense to stop you from buying items on deals and gets them for himself. He makes up random rules that favors him. He came up with purchase limit on clearance items. Like what? You put stuff on clearance due to inventory clearing on unpopular/non selling items yet you limit purchase? Then it they are all gone within an hour while they weren't being sold for over months. Yeah, That's where he got me thinking. Just stop it please

  I’ve noticed a significant decline in customer service at Best Buy over time. There’s little to no incentive for employees to actively assist customers. On my visit today, I waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone came to assist, at my request for assistance, despite multiple associates being on the floor. In fact, I spent some of my waiting time typing this review. Shopping here used to feel supported, but now it often feels like you’re left to figure things out on your own. If Best Buy has made internal changes that impact employee motivation or engagement, it’s showing on the customer side. I hope this is something they address, because the in-store experience has noticeably declined. I’m only leaving two stars because the associate that eventually showed up was helpful.
