  I've been a member to The geek squad for as long as they've been around they're always there. Whether you have a desktop they can manually go in. You pay a yearly fee. I think it's like $199 now. They raised it $20 and they do a good job and if there's still a problem they'll keep going back in for the whole year or one-time payment. You take it to a private business and it's going to cost you the three to $500 to look at your computer and by then it'll probably have more added to it. Like I said, you should give the geek squad a try. You can have up to five of your computers or whatever you have that they can fix on that plan

  Don ever use the online store if you want to pick up the same day, you would think it would make sense but unfortunately not it's just a waste of time just pick it up your self or better yet just order from Amazon or other online distribution companies

  really appreciate how clean and well-maintained this location is. Even though it's an outlet, it doesn't feel like a warehouse; the displays are tidy and the staff is helpful. It’s a great spot for finding budget-friendly electronics without the stress of a crowded mall. Definitely worth checking here first before buying full-price elsewhere."due to the open-box discounts, and the staff is knowledgeable. Excellent place to find tech at a fraction of the original. Bought 2 i-pad here recently and a replacement Ring door bell. Sent one of the i-pad in Italy for my niece. Great price.

  They have been incredibly low on stock for a long time. When I asked about an online order that was delayed, they wouldn't even look up my order number, just told me orders weren't arriving "on the boats" in general. The concept is understandable, but at least look it up in the system to see if you can find out anything before giving false placations to customers. I ended up cancelling my whole order because they had no idea where anything was or if it would arrive in the next two weeks.

  Made an online pickup an extra mouse here for work. All of the employees I interacted with were nice and helpful. The pickup process was smooth and uneventful, which is always appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.
