  I don’t know why i hesitated to bring our (older model) Dyson purifier here. You sign in and then scan the code, fill out the form. They call you up. Randy who helped us was like a wizard. He was professional, courteous, excellent customer service. He diagnosed 4 customers vacuum’s in under 10 min and took 1 min to diagnose our machine. It took hardly anytime between check-in and fixing our machine. Plus, the cost of replacing the motor wasn’t as expensive as I had envisioned in my head. Would definitely recommend getting your dyson products repaired here. Great customer service and quick service.

  I had a great experience with the Dyson Repair Center in Fairfax. The entire repair staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure my issue was resolved. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. They took the time to understand the problem, clearly explained what needed to be done, and made the whole repair process easy and stress-free. You could tell they actually cared about getting things right rather than simply rushing through the repair. It’s refreshing to deal with a service team that is this knowledgeable, helpful, and customer-focused. I walked away extremely impressed with both the repair and the way I was treated. Excellent experience from start to finish, and I would absolutely recommend the Dyson Repair Center in Fairfax.

  The service tech figured out my vacuum problem immediately, fixed it, and offered practical advice! I was in and out in 10 minutes! Amazing and impressive.

  I came to Dyson service center in Merrifield, Virginia to get my blow dryer repaired. Randy, the technician and only employee on duty, was delightful. There was a room full of people and he just had such a great attitude. He didn’t rush with each customer. He took his time and was extremely thorough, professional, and engaging. And had a great sense of humor. The protocol is to come in sign your name scan the QR code to pre-register for service and sit down and wait for your turn. A woman came in to pick up an appliance that was dropped off for service. She felt that she did not need to wait in line. She was quite assertive and expressive in her needs and demands. Randy, so patiently, asked everyone in line if they wouldn’t mind if she went before them since she just had a pick up. She went onto complain about the system in the in fairness of it all. She had received a text from Dyson saying that her client was ready for pick up. Unfortunately, I don’t think they let her know that it is first come first serve. If you look on their website, it will tell you that for the service center. Randy handled it all with Grace and patience. Kindly, the other customers let her go in front of them, even though she righteously said that she would wait till the end. I think Randy should be acknowledged for his patience and kindness and sense of humor and handle himself with the greatest professionalism He is to be truly recognized as an outstanding reflection of Dyson.   I decided to stop by to have an older Dyson that I bought back in 2023 checked out. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the employees wasn’t pleasant. A Black gentleman (I didn’t get his name) helped me, but from the moment I approached him, he seemed to have an attitude and came across as unfriendly. I wasn’t sure what the reason was, but it made me feel unwelcome. It honestly felt like he didn’t want to help or didn’t enjoy his job. It’s disappointing because the brand has a good reputation, and I was expecting a much better customer service experience.
