- S1Suleiman Abdillahi 11 day ago1.0I visited Apple Fairfax Corner to replace my headphones under the one-year warranty. It was a simple warranty replacement, but I was told I would have to wait about 4 hours. That is far too long for such a basic service. I couldn’t wait that long, so I left without getting my headphones replaced. I was disappointed with the long wait and the overall customer service. I expected a much better experience from an Apple Store.
- RQRyland Qualey2 days ago1.0Worst commutation then my ex Girlfriend. They will never answer the phone and will not give a crap about your repairs. Told me an earlier date, wasn’t there on that date, said it would be there later that day nope. Kept calling apple support they tried calling the store 0 answer. Not sure what they are doing at this place but it’s bad business. As someone who owns a lot of Apple products it’s not a good look and doesn’t make me want to keep shopping with them.

From the employee at the front entrance to the person handling mobile orders, the service was unfriendly and unhelpful!. As a returning Apple customer, I expected much better!!

Earl did a great job helping us in getting my husband’s air pod replaced as well as his camera on his phone. He was also very helpful with the battery on my computer. It’s definitely worth having Apple care!!

Apparently they cant tell me if they have it in stock or not. Now I will have to see whether this will be a waste of my time or not.
