  The worst customer service. Brandy the manager and the other women were so dismissive and have zero customer service skills. They seemed irritated when another employee - Tucker asked for further assistance.

  Poor customer service. The sales staff are friendly, but the technicians are not very knowledgeable. No matter how many times you explain what you believe the issue is, they do not properly document it in their system. Instead, they only enter notes based on their own assessment. As a result, after a full week of being without a computer, the issue is still not resolved, and now I have to find time to go back again. This has been a waste of time. I would avoid this location, and if you are closer to another Apple Store, I would strongly consider going there instead.

  I recently visited to upgrade my iPhone and had a wonderful experience working with Miranda. She was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and went above and beyond by sitting with me to ensure every bit of my data transferred successfully and that all my questions were answered before I left. Her patience and approachable nature made the entire process seamless :) thank you!

  The staff in this store are not helpful at all, the manager was very condescending when I asked for her help, told me to go home and call Apple service instead, said there’s nothing they can do in store for me. When I was at a different Apple Store last time, they were able to help me with the same problem, but this time somehow they can’t. Do not recommend for anyone to go to the store.

  Shannon gave me the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had today I came in because my phone was overheating to the point I had to put it in the freezer just to cool it down. That’s not normal, and it felt like a legitimate safety concern. Shannon dismissed this and said it could not be treated as a safety issue, even asking if I had gone to the emergency room or if it had physically harmed me. That response was unnecessary and felt dismissive given the situation. I was then told the repair would take 14 days, the process wasn’t clearly explained, and getting a loaner phone was framed more as an inconvenience than a solution. I was also discouraged from coming on Saturday, which made scheduling harder with work. Overall, the interaction lacked urgency, clarity, and basic customer care. This situation should have been handled much more seriously. Absolutely unacceptable.
