  I'd installed Linux Mint onto a computer I had, I'd missed Window's polish and the game compatibility I wanted to switch back. I couldn't figure out why Windows couldn't detect any partitions on my device, despite 3 being available, and at some point I ran out of ideas and went to Best Buy to hopefully solve my problem. This is where my problem started, already off the bat $100 dollars. It seems a bit excessive for an OS installation, but whatever, this place marks everything up anyways, there's no reason they'd exclude basic services. I handed it in and waited, and waited, and waited. After 4 days of waiting, I called; after getting a hold of a human rep I requested that they actually work on my computer, as I needed it for a school assignment, and they finally took a look at it. The very next day they'd called me and told me it was ready for pickup, and I was convinced they'd solved my problems with the computer. I take it home and it's totally messed up. They'd assigned my HDD as my main drive and put Windows 11 on there, and they'd put Windows 10 on my two SSD's. My only question is why? Why do that, there's no logical or pragmatic reason that I'd need to dual boot Windows 10 and 11, especially if I didn't request it from them. All in all, it took 5 days for them to put Windows 11 on my PC, for what should be a quick process. Especially for $100, like seriously. I cannot stress how stupid that is, if you're going to take nearly a week to put Windows on my PC, that should be like $20. I'm giving a two-star rating because they did technically install Windows 11 as I asked, but they did a terrible job in an untimely manner. Go to your local computer store and have them fix it, I recommend it infinitely more.

  2 geeks worked for 2 hours installing my TV on the very solid wood of my Log Cabins wall. Worth the extra fee to know the install was done right and safely.
