They do not care about animals. They refused to help my dog. I would not come here. They are only about profit

I walked in with a pup just attacked and bleeding, but this vet office said they were too busy and about to close, so they were unable to help this dog. There were 3 vet techs sitting behind the desk watching as I advocated for this dog and they did nothing. What is a vet office supposed to do other than help injured animals, severely disappointed.

I am writing to share some concerns regarding recent experiences with your front desk staff. On August 19th, I brought my dog in for his scheduled vaccines. Although I had called the day prior to make the appointment, I was told upon check-in that there was no record of it. Fortunately, a doctor was able to squeeze him in, so I let it go. However, I ran into another issue when trying to reorder my dog's heartworm medication through MedPet. MedPet notified me that they were waiting for clinic approval. When I called your office to follow up, the staff member told me that you do not approve online requests and that I had to pick up a physical prescription. When I asked if this was a new policy, since I hadn't had to do that in the past, she dismissively insisted it has 'been like this for years.' I value the care the doctors provide, but these ongoing administrative issues and poor communication make me seriously consider taking my dog to another clinic.

I’ve been with this vet for a few years, and for the most part my experiences were fine — until my dog’s health seriously declined.
The way they handled the last couple of weeks of her life was extremely disappointing. I felt like I was repeatedly being pushed toward more testing, more procedures, and more expense without anyone having a frank conversation with me about what those tests would actually change for her treatment or comfort.
When your animal is nearing the end of their life, you need clear communication, compassion, and honesty. I did not feel like I received that.
What upset me even more was that my dog was removed from the portal/system after I specifically said I did not want that to happen, and this occurred without anyone even confirming her death with me first.
Because of how poorly the end of her care was handled, I would not recommend this practice to anyone dealing with a seriously ill or dying pet. That is when you need your vet the most, and unfortunately that is when I felt most let down.
