I wanna shout out Cricket in Bluefield, VA, to one of the best employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting & doing business with, her name is Ms. Cora & she’s fantastic! Anybody that’s looking for cellphones (or anything to do with computers/electronics/internet lol), I recommend this lady. She has a fantastic, friendly, sweet yet professional personality & she’s incredibly smart with all this stuff! I’m so glad my husband & I was lucky enough to end up going in there & meeting her, she went above & beyond, for 2 days might I add lol, to help us & she made sure we left Cricket fully satisfied & very happy. Thank you Ms. Cora ♥️ With the ambition & intelligence you exude, I see you going incredibly far in your business life & anyone you work for is very lucky! ♥️

If I could leave a 0 I would. My husband and I have had issues since day one with our internet service. My husband lost all of the names in the contacts and called the 611 they told him to just take it in to the local company and they could recover them. We went to blfd va and the woman who was working didn't even let us get everything out before telling us she needs the old phone and said the 611 lied to him that wasn't possible. But 611 fixed it...
