  If I could leave a 0 I would. My husband and I have had issues since day one with our internet service. My husband lost all of the names in the contacts and called the 611 they told him to just take it in to the local company and they could recover them. We went to blfd va and the woman who was working didn't even let us get everything out before telling us she needs the old phone and said the 611 lied to him that wasn't possible. But 611 fixed it...

  Review for the Princeton WV store. We went into this store Monday to buy an Iphone 11. The dude said they didn't have one in stock and maybe one would be on the truck Wednesday or Friday. Called Wednesday and was told they had one but it had been there Monday. Went in to buy the phone Thursday and the girl told us we had to transfer the information from the old phone to the new phone ourselves. I don't think either salesperson knew what they were doing now did they want to do it. I'll go to Bluefield VA cricket next time.

  Great service and products! We were just checking our existing phone for an issue and ended up getting a new phone! James Epperson was very knowledgeable and told us about deals we didn't know about! So we got a new phone!!

  I first walked in and Angela the sales representative was promt to wait on me. Also showed me all the availability for savings and best interest to me. Set up my service with no problems and keeped a smile on her face. My experience here was great and would recommend her to friends and family.
