  I would not recommend buying products from this location. They sold me AirPods that never functioned fully and when I went back to fix them, they wanted to charge me almost the amount of new AirPods to fix them. Not sure if they are selling fake AirPods, but I have never had that experience before.

  Negative experience there today Thursday May 7th 2026 at 215 pm Went in there to buy a screen protector , it was not busy , there were at least 8 sales associates in their green TShirts , 4 of whom were standing around talking to one another doing nothing, as I passed 2 of them one greeted me his name was Tommy, a man in his early 40’s asked me what I needed , when I explained I bought a screen protector less than a year ago that needed to be replaced he pointed to a young man in the back who was already assisting an older lady and told me to wait for him and he would be with me shortly when I looked at him wondering why Tommy could not help me , he assured me the other guy would help me as soon as he was free. As if my time goes not count , I’ve spent thousands of dollars in that store for my for kids now in their twenties but a purchase of a screen protector for a 62 year old woman is not worth Tommy’s time It’s not the first time I have experienced age discrimination in this store , I guess this Apple Store can afford to ignore 1/3 of the consumer market over 55 to dedicate their time an attention to the 1/4 of the population under 35 . I will never set foot in that store again and will be sure to share this experience with my 3 sons . They were not even busy ! Good luck, rough times ahead for this store

  This was my first time at an Apple Store and I had a lovely experience. I had a small problem with my AirPods and just needed diagnostic help - appointments are preferred here which I didn’t know, but the staff were very accommodating and I had only a brief wait for help. Moreover, every staff member I spoke to or heard speaking to other clients was so friendly and positive! Patient, good-humored, just some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I was very impressed and would absolutely come back here if I needed help again.
