  I went in today to the Apple Clarendon twice to buy / exchange the new iPhones. Despite this weekend being launch weekend, the service was all around efficient and quick. The store was fully staffed with what felt like all hands on deck, and the line system was well organized. While the service was great all around, Ilir and Dania gave stellar support! Both of them were kind, friendly, personable, and very clearly not just trying to get me my phone and out the door. They made sure to answer all my questions, were very communicative, and kept checking on me even when I wasn’t at their table. Shout out to the whole Apple Clarendon team!

  Not happy with the service , I bought an iPhone 17 which was defective from pentagon location. Came here to exchange it because I’m within the 2 weeks of buying it for a new one. The first associate I explained this to put in an hour wait for the Genius Bar, of course they took longer. I then asked someone else why I need the Genius Bar when I need to exchange my phone for a new one. Then they said I don’t and I can do the exchange, however upon doing that it was a even money exchange I had to pay 20 extra in taxes because the price of the new phones went up. Why does that concern me considering I’m doing an exchange within the two week period because the phone was defective? They couldn’t figure out how to solve this issue…

  The employees that work here could not care less. I pickup up a macbook air (my first one) and it just wouldn’t work after several calls with support. They told me to into the store for support and made an appointment. The store tells me they don’t set up new laptops and I need to deal with apple support. I returned the laptop in leas than 24 hours. I got an OmniBook and was able to set up and have it working.

  Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Tess. We were purchasing an iPad and, since it was an important purchase for us, we expected some guidance and clear recommendations about which option would be best for our needs. However, we felt that Tess was in a rush to assist us and did not take the time to clearly explain how everything worked or the differences between the options. We left feeling like we did not receive the level of customer service or guidance we expected, especially for a purchase like this. I hope the customer service experience can improve in the future.

  Jenna did me a solid and made sure I could get my battery replaced without having to leave my phone overnight! So grateful that she took the time to do the fix herself so it could be finished quickly. Backstory — I live about 1.75 hours away from the nearest Apple Store to my house, so coming in is always a whole day affair. I was helped quickly upon arrival, but unfortunately couldn't remember my password and had to wait a full hour to be able to reset it (a protection apple has in place if you're not on your home wifi). After waiting that hour and resetting my password, they were ready to process it, but the estimated completion time was 11am the next day. Living so far away made this less than ideal, but I also understood. My appointment was mid-afternoon and there's a queue of other repairs to account for, so I didn't over react. It just was what is was. But Jenna was amazing and came back about 10 mins later to tell me she would personally ensure it got done before closing. I will be forever grateful that she made it happen!
