  I had a great experience at the Apple Store in Clarendon. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, kind, and patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. The technician performed a complete diagnostic on my iPhone 17 Pro and helped identify the issue. It turned out that Verizon needed to enable Push Messaging for me to receive text messages properly. I really appreciated the thorough explanation and the professionalism throughout the appointment. Because of the excellent service and the confidence they gave me, I decided to purchase AppleCare for my new iPhone. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a frustrating experience a smooth and positive one!

  This was by far the worst Apple Store experience I’ve ever had. I visited the Arlington location expecting the level of service Apple is known for, but instead I was met with indifference and dismissive behavior. The employee (Petey/Debbie) showed no interest in helping, avoided providing proper assistance, and refused to transfer me to another staff member. It genuinely felt like I was being brushed off rather than supported. There was no effort to resolve my issue, no professionalism, and absolutely no customer care. This is easily the worst Apple Store in terms of service and support. Completely disappointing and not reflective of the Apple brand at all.

  I recently visited this store to purchase a phone, and unfortunately my experience was more negative than positive. When I arrived, the staff ignored my presence for more than 10 minutes. During that time, employees were chatting with each other instead of paying attention to customers. I eventually had to raise my hand just to get someone’s attention. What surprised me even more was the reaction from the senior manager. Instead of apologizing for the long wait or assisting me professionally, he called me rude for trying to get attention after being ignored for such a long time. In my opinion, this behavior was unacceptable and reflected poor customer service and poor management. Customers should feel welcomed and respected, especially when making an important purchase like a phone. I hope the store improves staff professionalism and customer attention in the future.
