We absolutely love VCA Old Town! The doctors, nurses, and administrative staff are all wonderful, but especially our primary veterinarian, Dr. Delia. She is incredibly compassionate, thorough, and patient, and we truly appreciate the care she gives our doggy companions. We also love that VCA Old Town is part of the larger VCA network and connected with the major VCA emergency hospital. It gives us additional peace of mind knowing that if our doggy companions ever need more advanced or emergency care, their medical records and necessary information are already within the VCA system and readily available to the emergency team. The clinic is also well-equipped with essential technology, including ultrasound and in-house dental treatment. Scheduling is very easy, and there are several doctors available if Dr. Delia isn’t available, so we’re usually able to get timely care when we need it. We’ve had such a positive experience with VCA Old Town and feel very confident having our doggy companions cared for there. Highly recommend! ❤️🐾

Just moved to the area and have used their services twice for general exam, a few vaccines/boosters, ear infection, and blood work. The facility is nice and the staff seem professional and knowledgeable. My issue is the pricing and upselling of additional services. You’re really paying for being near Old Town. My previous vets towards Ashburn and Herndon provided a internasal bordatella for ~$40 whereas VCA charged $104.40. Most vets I have used over the years charge around $60-80 for the exams but VCA charges $131. Other services and vaccinations are similarly increased which I expect to some extent as far as demand for the practitioner, location, and whatever other factors would impact prices for exams and routine visits but medications I can’t see having such a huge price point difference. They also have pushed different plans like pet insurances, and their wellness plans. Vets always have advertising and information for insurances or care programs but this is my first experience having the staff try to sell me these.
