Just moved to the area and have used their services twice for general exam, a few vaccines/boosters, ear infection, and blood work. The facility is nice and the staff seem professional and knowledgeable.
My issue is the pricing and upselling of additional services. You’re really paying for being near Old Town. My previous vets towards Ashburn and Herndon provided a internasal bordatella for ~$40 whereas VCA charged $104.40. Most vets I have used over the years charge around $60-80 for the exams but VCA charges $131. Other services and vaccinations are similarly increased which I expect to some extent as far as demand for the practitioner, location, and whatever other factors would impact prices for exams and routine visits but medications I can’t see having such a huge price point difference.
They also have pushed different plans like pet insurances, and their wellness plans. Vets always have advertising and information for insurances or care programs but this is my first experience having the staff try to sell me these.

We had a great experience at this practice. They were extremely timely, welcoming, and great with my cat. Encouraged me to wait a few days before pursuing costly testing, absolutely the lowest veterinary bill I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and very nice location. Staff was very patient with our nervous pup and did not rush things or give up on him quickly.
