  I was looking for a bike shop to fix my electric bike made from Lectric. I called many places but once I talked to Dre my search was over. He was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone. They have tech there 7 days a week for your bike needs. I took my bike in on a busy Saturday afternoon. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door and was assisted right away. Pete was the gentleman who helped me. Not only did he fix and adjust my breaks right away he educated and allowed me to watch him work on my bike. He made the process and stress of getting my bike fixed easy. They do not try to sell you something for your bike you don't need. The sells men that were there were just as helpful with Pete was showing us bikes for our future riding. I like this place so much 5 stars is not enough. I will always highly recommend Teck Bicycle to everyone with a bike. Thanks guys🚴🏼‍♀️🚲

  Went here for a regular maintenance check and a minor issue with scratching sound. They were able to effectively root cause the issue and fixed it at a reasonable price. Was also offered the option to change tires without any pressure to upsell. A minor issue for me was the waiting time at the counter, though I do understand that April is probably peak time when everyone is looking to get back on their bikes, causing the longer lines. It was my first time here. Would come back for sure.

  Just tried to schedule an appointment over the phone for a tune up. Was told I could only schedule an appointment if I first brought the bike in and then I could get an appointment. I asked to speak to the manager but I am not sure that is who came on the line. Why they believe I should make an extra trip to the bike shop to even schedule a tune up appointment is pretty nonsensical. Have bought multiple bikes and had multiple shop visits at this location in the recent past and never encountered this.

  This was my second time going into Trek Alexandria North, the first time was in January where my bike was inspected for safety and the team helped me to unfreeze my gears. I received such good care from the team that I came back this time to purchased a "Level Two" (deep clean, polish, and drivetrain service) and two new tires. The team walked me through the service and walked me through some tire recommendations for the activities I am using my bike for. When I picked my bike up, it looked almost brand new with no issues. Will comeback again.
