  Very bad experience on my first and last visit. Treated my dog for ear infection ($200). Gave me medicine to treat for 10 days. Only enough medicine for 2 days in bottle. Called and told them. They said to come and get another one. I drive 1 hour 1 way and when I get there they say there out of it have some tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and they say it'll be a few days!!! Very unprofessional establishment!!!

  This was quite a few months back, but there was no one else within a 1 hour drive that would even SEE my dogs when we had a medical emergency. They 100% would have died if not for this hospital. To this day, I’m still unsure of what they ingested, but I can only assume it was coolant someone left out purposely (maybe even for other animals) just because of how serious the symptoms were. Obviously, I am disgusted people do that in the first place, but it’s a thing around here to be cautious about. It was my fault for letting them get out though Months later, I am still incredibly grateful for the entire staff that was incredibly patient and sweet. Obviously, for an emergency, the bill was pretty high (around 5k). However, considering it was two dogs on IVs/etc., it was absolutely worth it and I still appreciate you all so much. A very traumatic experience for us all, but could not appreciate the outcome more.

  I just want to say thank you for treating my Jack Russell Precious like your own. The service and care was top notch and your only concern was caring for my Baby. Thank you

  I had come home from work Friday night and noticed my cat acting like he had a UTI. Called and was able to get him an appointment for the next morning and was given directions of what to look for in case of an emergency. They helped me navigate how to get through the night with him. When we arrived we were seen promptly. The vet and the assistants were all very friendly and compassionate.
