  We drove an hour to take our dog, Max. He's 12 and we thought very sick. He regurgited and had "accident's" all over their floor. They never got mad, even said that they would clean it up (but, we did). They even put piddle pads down for him, which, he missed, lol. Anyways, turns out, he had a perennial hernia. He took his meds and he's back to our old man puppy. We were afraid we'd be bringing him home a different way. He's back to sleeping at my feet. If I need them again, we will definitely go back. Highly recommend, thank you

  They refuse to give you an accurate estimate on the cost of services and then hit you with unexpected fees. It's been like this for years. Don't go here. The owner only cares about money. Watch and see the generic response about "truly caring" that this will get.

  We had to have our 12 year old boxer put to sleep. Anyone who has ever had to have this done to their fur baby knows that it’s extremely hard. Dr. Haderer and the staff was excellent with us and our needs. They were so kind and considerate. I would highly recommend them. Thank you VCA Highlands for taking care of our boy Sampson.

  Wonderful service always at this location! Dr. Graham is very knowledgeable and addresses all concerns kindly. Staff is also great at providing information about the care program and estimates.

  Wonderful experience! They took great care of us and have done a great job managing our cat's diabetes. 10 out of 10!
