- BOBryan OntiverosAug 22, 20261.0Pissed OFF. I tried to transfer my phone to mint. and in doing so the request transfer deletes my cricket account. I go to cricket and they say well because you don't have your account we wont unlock my phone. they said you HAVE to have the phone for 6 more months for us to unlock it. So i cancel my mint. wait 6 more months and then try to transfer it. they then pull the same CRAP. I call their number and they are like sure we can unlock your phone. and they did it. cricket LIED! LIED LIED LIED! soo very displease with their lies. another thought if they know that your going to move that number to another place. shouldn't an automatic thing takes place where they unlock the phone. I mean to let you move your service then say sorry you have to bring it back because we wont unlock it for you. what a JOKE.
