I've previously been to VCA as a secondary option. Now my primary! They took great care of my frenchie Maximus today, and addressed all my concerns with kindness. I specially chose Dr Michael Harlow because he owns French bulldogs and understands the breeds needs. VCA has always been a great place to take my fur babies to. The young lady at the front desk was sweet and patient with me while trying to log in to my account for payment. Highly recommend VCA Animal Hospital. Thanks again for a wonderful experience 😊

I dropped off a stool sample from one of my dogs on 6-9-26 to get a lab report. They told me I would get the results back in 24 to 48 hours. It has been 4 days. It is now Saturday and they close at 3pm. I have called three times with NO result. If I do not get an answer today it will be Monday before I get an answer. I drove there so I would not be ignored. I was told that Dr. Payne was gone this week so he could not look at it. I still have a sick dog at home, I guess that it was not important enough to have a different doctor take 5 minutes to look at it and call me back. When a different Doctor came out to meet with me it took her less than 5 minutes to look at the report and explain it to me. When i got home I realized that they did not give me a complete copy of the report so I called them back to get it. The copy they e-mailed looked way different than the copy they handed me. Not only do they not care about my dogs any more, they have violated my trust. Be careful what you trust them with!!!

I took my new kitty here for the free first exam. It was same day scheduling which was very convenient. I was only charged for the vaccinations I chose to get for her and that was about $89 for two. The vet did briefly speak with me and I did wish I had more time to ask questions because the vet tech had to go back and ask but otherwise it was a very comfortable and smooth vet experience. The vet was honest about the complexities and expenses of testing my kitty for asthma, I appreciated the transparency.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE.
I’m incredibly disappointed in the veterinary services and pricing provided by this location. The reception staff and vet techs are great, but I don’t understand why two veterinarians were completely unhelpful with our cat, especially when one of them even claimed to have Maine Coons.
We initially chose this place because my husband’s family has always had good experiences bringing their dogs here. Our cat was having a skin reaction along with swollen lymph nodes, so we first brought him in to see Dr. Neville before his retirement. He briefly looked at his teeth and told us we needed to brush them because his gums looked inflamed, and that was it.
Days went by and our cat got worse. We had to take him to their emergency location after he scratched himself raw due to whatever was causing the irritation. As more time passed, we went through multiple cones trying to find one that was comfortable enough. Unfortunately, he was still able to scratch and made more wounds on his chin.
We brought him back for additional shots and another evaluation. During every exam, the veterinarians would speak with us for about five minutes, then leave and not return. It was incredibly frustrating. The techs had to go back and forth multiple times relaying unclear answers and solutions. I do not blame the techs at all. My frustration is entirely with the doctors.
The only test they offered was one that cost hundreds of dollars and would only provide results if something was specifically wrong with his lymph nodes. They refused to offer any alternative testing options.
We eventually took him somewhere else, and the difference was night and day. The veterinarians were far more attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to explore multiple options with us. They also did not charge hundreds of dollars for exams, shots, and medications.
I truly wish I could get a refund from this VCA for all the time and money we wasted.
