  Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Went in to get a warranty replacement for a screen protector I purchased less than a year ago that had cracked recently. I had considered ordering a replacement online for free under warranty, but decided to go in to a storefront to get more immediate help and avoid shipping cost. Storefront staff quickly peeled my old screen protector off without mentioning an in store replacement fee, or the fact that they didn’t have the same screen protector in stock. I ended up getting charged an extra replacement fee for a lower tier product than my original screen protector. Due to the staff’s failure to communicate any of this before taking my old screen protector off, I didn’t have any choice but to pay more for a lower quality product than if I had just ordered a replacement online. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. Could be that the staff member that helped me was new. Future customers utilizing a warranty replacement should beware to make sure all details are communicated before a staff member removes a damaged screen protector.

  Had a great experience at ZAGG at Dinosaur Crossing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me quickly with exactly what I needed. The whole process was quick and efficient, and they were professional the entire time. Really appreciated how easy they made everything. Definitely recommend stopping here if you need phone accessories, screen protection, or tech help.

  Dawson was absolutely fantastic explaining options and programs. very thorough, gave detailed advice, it was quickly obvious he knew his business. he is a zagg stalwart.
