  Great store always makes it easier than going into the phone store. They always fix it. It’s always better when I leave. There is nice and it’s always fast. Great experience.

  Avoid at all costs. We had two iPhone screens replaced here based on their guidance and recommendations. Within 45 days, both replacement screens were cracked, and both phones began having problems they did not have before the repairs. From day one, we experienced issues including speakers not working properly and the phones randomly shutting off. When we brought these concerns to their attention, we received excuses and explanations for why none of the problems were their responsibility. When I contacted them about the cracked replacement screens and asked what they could do to make the situation right, they placed all of the blame on us and took zero accountability for the repairs. What was especially frustrating was that they later acknowledged that one of the screens likely cracked because the battery was bulging. However, when they originally repaired that phone, they specifically told us the battery was fine and did not need to be replaced. If the battery was bulging enough to cause their replacement screen to crack, then clearly it was not fine. We trusted their recommendations, paid for the repairs, and ended up with two phones that had additional problems and cracked screens within 45 days. Poor-quality repairs, poor workmanship, and terrible customer service when something goes wrong. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend taking your phone somewhere else.

  These guys are great. I love the fact they buy once, cry once and they replace it. Yes the ere is a small cost to replace it but it keeps my screen or cover looking new.

  Allison was perfectly awesome. She answered my question and did my stuff in the record amount of time for me. She made me feel like everything I did was all right and things would be OK and they were. Best person ever I’ve gone To the Verizon store because I have Verizon wireless and the guy there made me feel about as confident as a six dollar bill so Allison was breath of fresh air

  Honestly over this place. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but the past 2 years have just rubbed me wrong. I paid a premium on the 360 plan for years where they’d always replace my screen protectors for a low price and out of nowhere the rules changed apparently. I’ve upgraded screen protectors and when I go to get them replaced they downgrade me back to the cheap ones. Today the girl offered to clean my ports, I said why not, then when we got done she upcharged me $10 for 2 minute cleaning and mind you I can’t even see that she cleaned them as there’s still dust in the ports. With how easy it is to put screen protectors on with the kits they sell online I think you’re way better off doing it yourself. No moral in the shop, I get it it’s a slow job, but when I walk in barely get greeted and the other employee is just sitting on his phone letting the time pass I just think it’s a lack of care and this place has gone down hill. Being a customer 5 years prior they used to be great. My own opinion but I hope they can improve.
